Once Battier is healthy T-Mac should just sit out for a month or so until he's healthy, he's the biggest liability on defense putting even more pressure on our already weak interior defense.

No energy tonight, we dug ourselves too big of a hole(for our team with our offense) getting down 10 early in the 1st.

Here come the avalanche of "it's over" posts even though we barely lost with out the big fella to punish those little twerpy-ass mavpricks.

Whatever. At least we fought till the end.

Stop playing Barry and Wafer. Head is better than them.

I thought we could've rallied back but failed.

T-Mac should rest his knee instead of dragging his slow-ass out on the court.

anyway, not giving up til the end.

This game is wide open to criticism...we deserve it...BUT...if all you can do is talk **** because you can't imagine that our team is gonna have some bad games....you really are wasting your time here and may want to wait until we reach the playoffs before you start calling yourselves Rockets Fans again.

Rockets lost without their best player, Yao. I knew it. It's a given.

for us to be a good team w/out YAO...yea we have RON but last yr we were successfull w/out the big guy because we had MT. MUTUMBO...

its evident that we need DEKE who can shut down the paint and rebound.

terrible shooting night...count the FT/FTA..if we made all of them we'd be only down by 1pt giving us a chance.

overall terrible shooting in this game...ugh....yuck

i thought he played well offensively. he was 5-12 before having to jack up 3s to save us. he's been shooting the ball well 4 of the past 5 games outside of the spurs game.

he just needs to get to the post. he destroyed kidd in there. no more jumpshots. just post up or penetrate.

I don't have high expectations on Yao anymore. He is a good player but injuries are going to prevent him on reaching superstar level again.
As it is, we don't have anybody on the team that can dominate and take the game over.

The highlight of the games was JVG talking about Dream, Yao, McGrady, and Battier. We would have won this game if Yao had played. Dallas looks bad. We stayed close with McGrady and Artest hobbled.

Ugly game, in the 1st halfthere was no defense and in the 2nd half offense was at its worst...

But we tried hard, and I am happy with that. Too bad we lost but... Ron was awful in the 2nd half. I don't like how he FORCED things, shots. He forces everything. And he was like 3/8 from the line...gotta be kidding me.

Tracy played a lot better in the 2nd half. He wasn't moving well, he obviously didn't play very well but he was shaken up. He will be better in Washington.

We need to make adjustments. We gotta make shots and they way we played defense in the 1st half...it was just pathetic. Hopefully Yao will play on friday, Tracy will play better and we will win.
