Brooks messed up the momentum to start the third quarter. He just penetrates and can not do nothing.

it is not about fronting, mavs front yao all the time, it is lack of effort from his teammate and coach.

    FBI need investage the ref.

NO is falling apart in OT !!!!!!! Finley has now possibly won two big games for them !! The SA announcers are saying " we are about to be the Southwest Division Champs ! " I think when SA saw it on the scoreboard that Houston lost they upped their play :(

It's apparent to me that smart teams play the Rockets straight up in the first half, as long as the game doesn't get out of hand. Then in the second half they throw in their doubles, stunts, and fronting of Yao, and it throws the Rockets into a complete tailspin from which they rarely recover.

    Frustrating.

We are going to drop to 5th seed. They deserve it. Denver might not go as hard now already having the 2 seed locked up and Spurs winning in OT!

Ehhh.. wouldn't worry too much about it. Just more to work on and fine tune before the playoffs.

    There's the difference.
Unlike Ron Artest, Tracy can make a good play for Yao Ming at the end of games.
Unlike Ron Artest, Tracy can set himself up for a better shot.
Unlike Ron Artest, Tracy knows how to dribble.
Unlike Ron Artest, Tracy doesn't get the ball stolen from him on the way up the court.
    Shall I go on?

Wake me up at the draft.

This is a crushing loss. Just horrible.

Yao totally ignored in the second half. How the hell don't they just lob the ball in over the front?

They front Yao JUST A LITTLE and we collapse? How the hell does this happen for 4 straight years? WTF!?!?!?!!?!?

We just fu@ked ourselves. We could end up number 5. What was the point of all that hard work?

As long as it isn't Utah or Dallas, I guess we MAY be able to advance. But don't hold your breath. Front Yao and the ball goes elsewhere. Teams scout and they now know the secret. We can't solve this for sh@t!!!!

Fire Adelman. This team is toast. What a bunch of dumbassess.

Exactly -- a good old fashioned Houston-style choke job.

Another first round exit, coming right up. Even if not we've placed ourselves into the Lakers' bracket. Brilliant.

Is anyone else extremely tired of people excusing Ron Artest's absolutely garbage play due to his "toughness"?

All I hear from the media and Artest defenders is that he "brings a toughness that the Rockets sorely need."

By toughness, do you mean trying to bull your way into the paint with the world's slowest dribbling, and drawing no fouls?

4-13 FG, 0-5 3-point FG -- Look familiar? No, those numbers don't just resemble most of Artest's, but those of our favorite player on injury-leave, Tracy McGrady.

    I'm done for now.

    Don't resign Artest.
