I agree... I am criticizing him only because he is playing with no emotions. There is no doubt that he has lots of talent and if he plays like last season, then we will be completely different team. I don't care what it takes... but we need to wake this guy up. It was so fun watching him last season.. and he is just not the same guy anymore.
Sorry DD but the time to get pissed off was years ago. All you can do now is hang on and ride this puppy all the way down. You can dream of some "magical" trade reversing their fortunes or pretend that a coaching change will correct this mess but the reality of the situation is that the Rockets are a middle of the pack, average to below average team and organization. And nothing I have seen under Morey has led me to believe otherwise.

Extremely frustrating loss. It's not just that we suck right now. From a pure talent perspective, this team is subpar. But its the fact that there's no clear direction. There's always been times where I felt like although we werent where we needed to be, the direction that the team was going in was clear. Right now I just dont see it.
Rox are about to be 5 games(6 due to the tiebreaker) out of the playoffs with 4 teams to jump and another one on our heels.
Will this misery ever end? The Rockets looked intimidated out there, like they'd lost the game before it even started. Sure, they were playing a great team, but they didn't compete. Just freakin' awful, with the defense as bad as I've seen it in a long time, excepting Chuck. :-(-
The only hope is that one trade can sometimes turn everything around...we need a defensive shot blocking center....if you can get that, it makes the rest of the team that much better. And there are some avaiable. Morey erred big time in getting Brad Miller, that was a vote of confidence for Yao, and well...that was stupid. DD

So true, Miller is not good for this team. And yeah, one trade may change things around in a hurry, but I feel it's getting late. Portland just won = 5 games above us (actually 6 with tie-breaker) with 37 games to go and they have played couple more road games than us. They are a team with far less talent than us and still just keep winning which is why I hate losing. Talent is good enough to be in 8th spot, but we have no heart = waste of existing talent. Disappointed big time and my favorite player Brooks.. man I wanna see old Brooks soon...
I aint even mad ...... but yeah **** Brooks, he simply destroyed us and became another raferesque/ariza in the making. DD stop defending him cause i am sick of hearing it. Instead of screwing us mr Brooks, why dont you go stalk mr Ginobilli and hurt him so bad that it will make a carreer ending injury on him would you ......
Man it really sucks being back to the losing years, but it's always nice to see who are the real fans on this message board. Hopefully we can get a defensive-shot blocking/altering big; this will definitely help us out tremendously. For all the good Morey has done for us, he has yet to get us a decent center. He keeps gambling on Yao and sadly it has hurt us quite a bit. It sucks because I truly thought this would be a special season, but sadly it was not to be. I always thought everything hung on the balance of Yao's health and I was optimistic but was burned. I love these Rockets however, and I will ALWAYS support them even though its upsetting going through these years. Keep your heads up Rockets fans!!
just saw on terrence williams' twitter that he got hit by a car heading to the game and he posted a pic of the car it looked bad on the drivers side. he got lucky. did anyone else know about this?
No heart, no hustle, no defense. This Rockets team bears no resemblance to the one last year and it's such a shame. At this point, I wouldn't be all that upset if we were to part ways with players like Martin and Brooks.
A pathetic performance by an underachieving team. They need a center more than they need a closer. The only chance they have to win is by scoring 120 a game. If Morey does not get a center real quick, this season will be over, and they we will need to tank.
As I said before, as soon as Yao limped off the court in the playoffs the rockets shouldve started the rebuild. I like the fact they're collecting guys like hill and williams, but when vets are playing ahead of them and they cant get 30 mins, you cant evaluate those guys. They would be better served sending those guys to the nbdl and gauging their development from there. I dont want to hear the injury excuse either. Portland is ahead of the rockets and they've had big time injuries. They had concerns about Roy and how did they handle it? They kept rudy and signed Wes Matthews. They had concerns about Oden,what did they do? They resigned camby and kept Pryz. The rockets need to trade shane,and scola to start with. I like both guys, but by the time the rockets get the ship turned around, those guys will be done. In the case of shane,he's already done. I would trade martin for the right deal also. He's a good player and this year has been very durable,but the rockets are loaded at his position and need to upgrade the 3 and 5 spot..
