    A few thoughts..

I disagree to those who think the Rockets miss Rafer Alston. Brooks and Landry are holding their own.

Actually, I would like to see Von Wafer get more playing time.

    Has Yao peaked?

yao needs a lot of things. the talent on this team is simply not enough.

people just have to be realistic. yao is yao. the same complaints happening here have gone on FOR YEARS.

you don't think EVERY team wants an elite PG? there's a reason they're called "elite" PG.

Exactly people just need to realize we aren't in the class of the Lakers yet. In fact I don't think any team in the West is.

We lose to the Lakers and all of a sudden Fire Rick Adelman(well thats after every loss), Bench Artest, and my favorite of all time "lets rebuild". Then when you think it can't get any worse someone says Aaron Brooks makes Luther Head look like an Elite PG.

And people stop bringing up what we were against them last year. This isn't the same Lakers team as last year.

Yao's. If he is the real leader of the team, he should set Artest and Brooks straight.

wrong, if we beat portland on sunday which we will considering there will be another practice in betweeen, portland is horrible on the road and in toyota center the rockets fans are going to make SURE that we blow them out, then we flipflop and we have 4th seed and they have 5th which would be IDEAL for playoffs.

Kobe comments after the game. Talks a bit about Battier and his defense.

he shows utter disdain to battier and artest. he's like" are those the best defenders you got because they got nothing on me". well even I would say that if I was a great player like him. Next time we play kobe we got to double him more because anybody we put on him he seems to destroy them.

Untrue. The year he got injured, he WAS getting the ball and he was as dominant as hell. of course he got injured and JVG was gone after that.

yea, people wanted JVG gone b/c the offense was boring and predictable. he tried the hardest of any coach to get yao the ball.

I don't want to get Yao the ball all the time, I want tons of options around Yao...where he is the number 1 option but there are a good 2, 3, 4, and 5 options on the floor with him.
