Aaron Brooks is a good bench player in the NBA = FACT
Ron Artest is a good Small Foward in the NBA = FACT (not a 2)

FACT= we do not have a point guard or shooting guard... please somebody tell me how I'm wrong, i'm not being a **** starter, but it just seems logical.

Despite all the hate Mcgrady got, he has a higher bball IQ than all of our current guards combined. He knew when to take over and when to defer to yao. Now I feel like we have absolutely no idea what to do in the half court. We just shoot threes.

You're all complaining about Adelman not removing Yao, did Yao ever open his mouth to tell him hes tired and wants to sit? He is extremely passive. Yes, he should have been benched 3rd quarter to rest, but he needs to be more assertive.

    RAFER!!!
When has Fisher ever gone off on the Rox like that, Fisher was always Rafer's biatch, as soon as he leaves Fisher has his 2 best games of the year. Don't be in denial.

Yao is under utilized becasue he doesn't have another elite player that can take the pressure and focus off of him.We need a guy who at the point can draw the defense away from Yao.Yao can't get open because the point guard power forward and the center all are fronting and triple teaming Yao.

Yao doens't have a guy like D-will taht can get into the lane and bring the D to him and drop dimes or score himself. Yao doesn't have guy like D-will who can give him a proper post entry pass.

Yao needs that ELITE PG. other wise the whole game plan offensively is TELEGRAPHED for 24 seconds just trying to get him the ball.

joe i will give you a point in the elite but if you are a coach of a team and you know your players ( i will be screaming at brooks; guard fisher more closely, the same with kobe ) i will tell them don't let them even touch the ball , one thing the coach told me as a kid don't let them run the offense with that i mean the set and the picks

let's go get that chris paul, deron or tony parker

surrounding him with very good talent isn't enough.

sometimes you just have to say yao ming has to step up and demand the ball and do something to his teammates when he doesn't get the ball. yao just doesn't wanna do it. the talent on this team is the best it's been in years. stop complaining.

I see what you are saying man.But bottomline is Yao is playing with scrubs and no guy out there who is a FLOOR GENERAL.

I am gonna wait til after Sundays game to say the sky is falling. If we look bad and lose to Port, then I will start to get nervous.

There is a reason the Lakers are best in the west.

I've said this a few times, this team doesn't have balance. That leads to no versitily. That leads to matchup problems. Tracy, Rafer, and head gone, now people want to blame brooks and wafer. Brooks is fine as long as the team doesn't turn him to matt maloney. People are crying about yao,s role, but he looked gassed in the 3rd. Why we are on it, tell the gm to get a usable backup so the team can sit yao, but still have a guy with size. Anderson, mbenga, elson, all cost vet min. Petro was on the trade blk early yet he's on denver as another long backup center while we trot out chuck hayes. Go figure

Yao can't even demand the ball.

Brooks and artest are real stupid players. They ignore Yao and then when Yao demands the ball they can't even physically make a post entry pass.

yes, they are the best in the west. the thing that worries me is that they played NOWHERE CLOSE to their best game and still beat us double digits. and they just had a pretty subpar road trip.

Right, they grow from seeds. Problem is we don't know how to shop for seeds.

before all the injuries yao was a pretty dominant scorer. Much like Mcgrady, he's not the same guy. His best years were wasted playing with a bunch of scrubs and broke back tmac.
