The Rockets put up a fight... they made the Lakers nervous the whole game.

Defense was great... shooting was terrible.

I dontn even know what happaned, Lakers played pretty bad. if we made some dam freethrows and bricked 1 less open shot things wouldve been much different

Kobe & Artest traveled multiple times during the game. No surprise there.

Great effort and glad to see we made it interesting. Who knows what happens on that key possession down 83-77 where Brooks chucked that three pointer if Kobe didn't get away with a travel + bucket (in typical Kobe fashion) on the possession before. All the same, we're simply too small to be better than a team like this.

Lakers did a good job of covering him.

Mercifully it is over. This loss makes the New Orleans loss even more costly. Tomorrow is as close to a "must win" as possible this early in the season.

Didn't see the game, but I understand we had nobody who match with their size (Bynum and Odom).

I also understand Dalembert's K is a big albatross, but I just wonder how different this game and other games when we have to play against big centers, would be with someone like Dalembert protecting our paint.

It was an ugly game. Neither team played well enough to win, but we had our chances. We hurt ourselves with missed free throws, turnovers, and bricks.

Battier's hand was on the ball before his 3rd step, so technically, it's not a travel.

Lowry had 9 rebounds in 19 minutes in a game where we were getting killed on the boards yet he was inexplicably tied to the bench down the stretch.

That's two games in a row where Lowry, one of our best 4th quarter players along with Landry, has not been in during crunch time.

    I don't get it.
