you all really thought we would be allowed to compete with the lakers when the grand dragon is overseeing the game.

They called a lot of moving screens in that Boston-Miami game.

More than the Rockets game, actually...

Stern had Crawford fix this game for TV ratings.

I forgot. I dont know why I got my hopes up. I knew if we were winning somehow the refs would call a tech at the end of thegame and a couple of illegal picks and screens to get them back in it. That seems to be how they do their dirty work now instead of missing calls or blatantly giving stars phantom calls.

Gutsy move, letting it come down to the wire like that. Don't you think?

I dont recall that. Seemed to me those where charges and blocking calls and not screens and picks.

Home cooking AND obvious missed calls in the 2nd half despite it only being a 2 point game, take out the bad calls and Rockets win.

For those complaining about the refs, okay they made a few horrible calls but we lead by 1 with 39 seconds to play and the only other call they made was reversing the out of bounds play....so how did they screw us again?

I agree on the moving screens, it seems like Rox got called alot for them.

Overall, the fouls and free throws were even.

The technical on Martin is that new stupid rule, you can't wave your arm at the ref anymore. Everybody is getting hit with it. I think it was Ray Allen or Odom that got a tech in preseason just for keeping their arm up in the air too long  Stupid new rule.

I distinctly remember Big Z getting called for 3 of them.

And I know KG got a couple on him as well.

OR maybe we don't miss point blank layups, turn the ball over or allow so many dam second chance points.

If the refs were being paid to fix the game, they were pretty lazy about it down the stretch. IMHO.

I know a lot of people love to the blame the refs every time the Rockets lose, but this game they let Shannon Brown and Steve Blake smoke them. I think if you do that you deserve to lose.
