That was freaking terrible. How do you lose by 1 pt to a laker team that is on the 2nd nite of a b2b ON the ROAD and the rox are on 2 days rest at home with lakes missing Pau VagiSOL. Props to playing hard and Ariza with the big shot, but finish the game

Landry sat because his defense is not very good, and he's soft on the defensive boards. That's the tradeoff with him.

They fought hard, but the Lakers were double teaming and trapping Brooks, this is why we need a 2nd PENETRATING player on the floor late.

Not sure why Lowry was not on the court those last 13 seconds......

It ruins that Laker junk defense.

And the Refs SUCKED tonight, yet the Rockets almost won anyway.

It should of been a shooting foul before the last possession.

    End of story.

Positives: We lost to the defending champions by 1 point in OT with basically no 'superstar'

Negatives: Anytime they double Brooks on top of the key he has trouble getting out of it... he really needs to work on his passing out of double teams, otherwise he'll just be like Yao getting fronted.

Why are Lakers and Rockets game so close in the regular season? I just hate it.

But this is why we lost:

    Turnovers: 9 (LAL) 19 (HOU)

UNBELIEVABLE that Brooks was 'fouled on the ground'

    Yeah - right.

The foul got attributed to Odom - not Kobe, so how on earth could it have been 'on the ground'??????

13 seconds, shoulda been 2 FTs to Brooks!

Kobe probably would've got bailed out with a foul call at the other end anyway.

Give it to the Fakers, they played good defense and took away a lot of strengths (mainly our penetration). Blame the refs for giving free throws to an rapist.

The Lakers are crap. All they do when it counts is give the ball to Kobe. They don't even run plays, Kobe makes them as he goes. That goes to show how deep they really are. Even, though Bynum had the game winner, it was only because he got the rebound off of Kobe's miss.

Imagine how good this team would be if we had a go to guy...

But great game for Chuck and Carl. I really think that Carl should have played the OT over Luis.

    Luck the Fakers.

I'm very proud of the way the Rockets fought the whole game, especially Chuck Wagon.
