As usual, we still have the 3rd seed and if the Lakers beat the Spurs 2morrow then the standings are just like before the laker game. 3 seed still ours to lose, we gotta take this anger and frustration out on a rested but desperate Bobcat team on the road. A loss there would be huge.
Honestly, I'm a bit encouraged about this. All those young guys who everyone is doubting...they made the big shots, they played great and almost beat the best team in the NBA and some of them didn't have their best night. Had Ron screwed on his focus, we have beat the Lakers comfortably. It will feel better beating them at home though in April right before the Playoffs while holding the 2nd seed, the West will realize then that this team isn't a joke.
I'm trying really hard to remember when a healthy Tracy Mcgrady has done anything clutch to get us past the first round...someone help me out.

Charles Barkley was right after all. We can beat bad teams, at home and away but when the Lakers or Jazz come we lose. I'm sorry but I have to say that this teams needs another player and that's TMac. But just because he's out Rockets don't need to whine.

We've beat the Jazz twice, Whooped on the Cavs, beat the Spurs, beat the Magic and Celts on the road. Yeah we've lost to the Lakers three times, oh well they are a good team. Don't listen to the media, they've been hating on Houston teams since forever, they've got it down to a science to where people in Houston start doubting their own teams.
Brooks had a pretty good game. This little guy was clutch. He kept Rockets chasing till the final minutes.

The Lakers are a better team than us. Not much else to say. We had to have certain individuals play a much better game against an elite team. They didn't...and we lost. Kobe likes to light us up down the stretch. He makes it easy for the rest of the Lakers. They can just sit back and watch Kobe go to town. What else would we expect from the best player in the league? Even if we won, then it's more of a fluke. Rockets just can't beat the Lakers this season. If we played them 10 times, then we might win 1 game if we are lucky. It's going to be a quick exit if we play them in the first round.
you dont know what your talking about. HOw can we have effort in this game? Yao will never make it in the playoffs. He is the softest guy out there! Unfortunately, its from his culture of being too passive. Yao had one of his worst games again. He looked like a rookie tonight with all those turnovers and hardly any rebounds. This team is not going anywhere. Our stars are just not good enough
All I gotta say is, WOW.......Kobe is just an amazing player. Lebron, D-Wade, and others are very talented, but for now, Kobe is the man! Hands down, MVP of the year!
