Strangely, in those 16 straight minutes where Yao sucked donkey balls, Rockets still led by 3, only saw that turned into down 5, a few minutes after the sucky soft Yao went to the bench. Never let facts get in your way.

Kobe is the MJ of this era. If he touches you on offense it is an automatic 2.

    1) Okay.
    2) How can your best player on the team not catch a pass, not be able to score, not cause a turnover, not rebound, not defend 2nd chance opportunities?
    3) Who will take over then? We don't have anyone... with the exception of wafer maybe.
    4) You're day dreaming if you say hes the best defender in the league.
    5) Agreed.
    6) Artest was supposedly pulling Pau's shirt.
    7) Not if Dallas doesn't beat Portland or NO doesn't lose a few games.

If Kobe is a woman I hate to see what the players on our team are.

I've been a rox fan since the twin tower days. Ron and Shane shut down Lebron. They could not even slow down Kobe.

absolutely right - this is game was lost almost exactly the same way as the Bull's game. when they take Yao out, no body knows how to play any more and ron started excessive dribbling. if yao can;t get the ball and get a shot off, take him out of the game and let people penetrate and create.

yao had a horrible game, ron was worse - he picked the worst game to cool off from the 3pt line, and shane needs to desperately come out of his shooting slump.

Well he'd get more PT if he hadn't sucked so bad lol. Even his hand in face wasn't working at the end.

I really don't understand why Barry didn't play. Our 3pt shooting was terrible...put in Barry, give him a chance to make a few. He's one of our best shooters.

Outside shooting was such a factor in this game, I just don't know why you wouldn't bring in another shooter.

And Yao's gotta learn about those things halfway up his arm...hmmm, they're real pointy...oh yeah, ELBOWS.

Another 4th quarter meltdown. We are not going any playoffs series with such meltdown where all playoffs games are close (very close).

When will Yao ever learn how to hold the ball firmly and how to corral the rebound. Is it the coaches not paying attention to this serious flaw in his game, or is it Yao himself who does not want to learn?

When Yao seems to overthink during games he plays like a zombie. Yao, just play and stop thinking too much during the game. Crash the boards and let the refs make the call. Pay attention to how you hold the ball and how to use your body and elbows. One may think that after seven years in the league he would have corrected these flaws already. What a waste of talent!!

Getting owned by the lakers 3 times in the season is hard to swallow! lol.

    Especially losing twice at home.

Rick Adlemen should have went back to Aaron a lot earlier and not take him out so early...

    Lebron is slow?

Please tell me that was sarcasm.

Man it is some memorable quotes in this thread tonight.

First someone suggest that Wafer start over Yao(nevermind the fact that they don't play the same position)

and Now someone says Lebron is slow.

Yep. Adelman doesn't know how to use his players. He probably writes the substitutions the night before then just follows it the next day no matter what.
