You need to vent due to this crappy loss. So did I. Hope the Rockets could learn something from this loss.

Your talking about someone's belief. Chinese new year is like christmas or thanksgiving it's bad luck to work on this day.

YAO seems to be more clutch,,despite his 4th quarter stats is average...he would've made some of those 15 shots at least....we need yao back without a doubt...but letting tmac and artest get some warm-ups is necessary considering their ability in shaping the playoff games. i can take this loss, we learned some lessons from it..hope big 3 will gel at the end.

    16-14 vs. 17-13

They pretty much canceled each other out despite how bamboozled Scola was on the PnR, for whatever reason. We've all seen Scola play the PnR better than this. I guess Lee's ability to finish with both hands threw him off.

Agreed Scola isn't really a good defender -- just very scrappy. I wouldn't necessarily label him 'soft' like people tend to do with Euro's and foreigners, but he's certainly not going to bully his away around the basket.

Playing with T-mac and Artest is wrong. They can only play one of the back-to-back.

This team still has a huge question mark. Rockets are now 28-18 and cutting it too close with Phoenix, Portland, Dallas and Utah.

Yes, not a bad decision at all. A soft mind coach can not control his players again, maybe he does not want Artest to hit his face so he just let him play at the end of the game no matter what is going on. What else should I say.

I thought Ron took the same shots he always takes, half of them went in and came out, the man is allowed to have an off night, artest wasnt the one telling everybody ur gonna see a totally different player in the 2nd half like T-mac did. For Tracy to make it sound like the old t-mac was back, it sure hasnt looked like it, he still doesen't take it to the hole, and missed a couple when he did drive, and settle for pump fakes and hopes for fouls, not to mention fadeaway 3 ptrs and landing in the knicks bench. Rockets just couldn't knock down the same shots they hit in Detroit, that happens, they are allowed to have a bad game. I hope people notice finally how much Yao means to this team, the offense flows a whole lot better when he gets the ball and swings it. T-mac definately needs yao cause he can't create his own shot anymore. Not bashing T-mac, just hoping he lives up to his promise he makes.

It's all in their mind. I don't believe in superstitious nonsense. Far too civilized to believe such balony.

God awful game to watch, just looked at the box scores...artest 1-10 3 point, 4-19 FG....then rafer alston, 1-7 3 point, 3-10 FG.

I thought that Tmac played well throughout the game until his fourth quarter bricks.

All Chinese in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan do not work on Chinese New Year Day except those working/playing sports in foreign countries. I am guessing Yao would like to play and win as the best kind of greeting for his fans, so there should be nothing wrong with my belief. I know fans are frustrated at this crappy loss and we all need to vent.

There is a blind spot in many ppl's mind. It doesn't matter if someone is a bench player or a high paid player, as long as that person can help us win games, then we should use them.. Only winning games could lead us to a championship, not by religiously playing star players... Everyone was a bench player once, before Yao become Yao, before Tmac become Tmac..

It's a self illusion if one think Tmac or Ron could suddenly become a team player in playoffs if they continue the way they do tonight...

Dont blame it on Tmac and Ron for not moving the ball. We got good shots in the 4th, just didnt make them simple as that. Its a back to back game without yao and ron had an offnight. I hate how people overeact after a loss

Yao did not play has nothing to do with Chinese New Year.
