Anytime you give the ball to Hayes obviously its a lack of options. Whats he supposed to do with the ball in his hands (if memory serves me right) with the shot clock going down?

If there was 8 seconds left on the clock then its a bad shot

why the hell did bobby only play 12 minutes tonight? he was 3-7 for 6 pts. that's better than rafer's 4-13.

seriously Artest has some guts, he's a WARRIOR.

Never known as an offensive player but he just STEPED UP when his team needed him, the Kings are tough, I have so much respect for them.

The Rox need a gutsy player like Artest that's not afraid of taking over, the Team USA needs a guy like him, he could have been useful in the game against the Greeks where everyone were too sissy to show up.

Why couldn't Tmac step when we most needed him to? Dont get me wrong, he had a great game, but somehow he has lost that 'THING', the thing that makes MJ and Kobe great.

Maybe he is getting abit too old...

Watch the replay from the other end of the court, neither King's player really touched T-Mac. Maybe if he had flopped he would gotten a call, but there wasn't that much contact.

I've never been a Hayes fan and could never figure out why so many loved him before !! He's undersized and has no offensive game whatsoever !! he and Rafer could pack their bags in the Kings locker room tonight and never come back and I could care less !

Rafer's play depends on his confidence at the moment; and his confidence seems to fluctuate a LOT; hence he can't be consistently good (or consistently bad) for a long period of time. Which makes it all the more frustrating. When he's good, he's good..when he's bad...you have tonight's game.

He definitely didn't have any confidence or poise down the crucial stretch.

I think the Rockets would have to tank the rest of the season to not make the playoffs.

    Sorry but that's true.

Rockets are nothing with Rafer in the clutch....He showed it tonight...He forgot Hayes ain't McGrady

First of all they should have called a foul.

But the refs took over. Not only in that play, in the whole game.

T-Mac isn't getting old. He's getting double and triple teamed almost at halfcourt. It's really not that complicated. When T-Mac has 3 defenders on him, 2 of the Rockets players are open. Move the ball to the open man(and make for damn sure Chuck ain't one of them!) and you'll get layups and dunks all night.

The problem is Scola and Rafer both bricked wide open layups in the 4th quarter tonight. The team isn't making plays like they were during the streak.

We lose a game and these people who call themselves "Rockets fans" cry...

It happens, its part of the cycle... dont worry about the Rockets, as bad as they seem, weve seen what they are capable of.

I have seen Kobe and LeBron both miss that kind of shot to put the game away.

rafer's a good player if he plays 28-30 minutes. he has shown he can't play consistently at a good level if he plays more than 35. i don't mind him as the starter but he can't play too many minutes. he's just not good enough.

But I am talking about the smarts to know your role and your personel.

How can Rafer pass the ball to Chuck late in the game? Honestly....how?

That is just stupid, and then he compounds the stupidity by going one on 4....even more stupid.

Rafer just does not make good decisions late in games...he is so...unclutch.

Oh absolutely ! Give us the basket back that Scola made and they called a foul like 7 plays later and we win the game. And the Terrorist look alike Martin was getting calls left and right !
