When AB went to the line with a chance to tie, I just knew he wouldn't make two. He always seems to miss one or both late in games with the pressure on. Sigh.

Everybody misses free throws... get over it. You don't blame the entire loss on one player for missing a single free throw at the end of the game.

If you really blame the loss on him idk what to tell you. You must not watch much basketball. The team did not play good enough to win that game.

If tonight's performance is an indication of things to come, I'd rather watch the Trailblazers in the playoffs than the rockets sucking it up on national tv.

Landry is an 83% FT, he made both when it counted. I don't expect AB to hit 100% FT, but if you want to be a star, you are going to have to finish what you started.

Everyone seems to forget that Brooks backup(Conroy) only played 4 minutes, with Brooks playing the remainder of the time. So being off might be a result of being tired

How would you like to make a friendly wager on that? Let's bet on the Rox making the playoffs this season. Name your price.

Now the season is virtually over, I only regret that the rockets is stuck with Rick Adelman for another year. His in-game decision making is very questionable.

We're missing two key players and Landry out of the offense, so Brooks has taken it upon himself to score, that's why we see him dribbling so much. That should end to an extent with the return of Ariza and Landry.

Oh well on to the next game. Need to win the next 4 in row to still have a chance but they must win all four. I hope Ariza is back on Saturday and Lowry can come back next week.

    Cool thread, Bro.

Landry was traded 2 weeks ago, please get over it. I sure as hell don't want to see us get swept by the Lakers anyway.

Rhino, there is no need to be so defensive.

Yes, the whole team sucked tonight and so did AB. Nobody said he singlehandedly lost the game but AB could've tied it.

Great players do it in the clutch. Just look at all the buzzer-beaters Kobe had this season. AB missed a FREE THROW which could've tied the game. What's wrong with getting on his case tonight?

Again, who would you rather have taking those shots?

Yup, you are right, but boards is just one of the reason.
we had a chance to tie the game, but Brooks missed it finally!!!
Brooks doesn't have a big heart in the clutch minutes. This had been proved!!!

Ok. I'll admit it, Brooks choked, but he was the only one that kept us in it! He misses one free throw and everyone wants to trade him! After Mondays game everyone was saying we had th best backcourt in the league?! Nobody was hustling, Martin was off, and Aldeman had some questionable desicions. This game isn't Brooks' fault. It was a pathetic performance by the ENTIRE team. Period.

Why the hell would you sign Conray and get rid of Temple?? Temple is a much better player. Conray missing both free throws is inexcusable...
