U gotta give Spurs a motivation to win their last game: are they desperately to match up with SUNs? or are they timid to face up the POWERFUL Rockets? Pop is far too smarter than the stubborn JVG who have selectively chosen a tough opponent and kept the tag of first-round exiter on TMAC. If there is somebody TMAC should be hating of, it should be JVG. Of course, other than himself.

Yup, if Spurs lose, Suns win, Rockets win on Wednesday, it will be 3 way tie break between Spurs, Suns, & Rockets. It will be #4 Suns, #5 Spurs, #6 Rockets. Rockets vs Jazz without HC advantage.

The Rockets have nothing to lose in the playoffs. Everybody will pick their opponent. Maybe its time to go Golden State on somebody!!

This version of Utah is built the way most modern teams are. They have a starting 5 that's as atheletic as any in the league. Then they bring in multi skilled guys like milsap and harpring along with a great coach and system. The key is, they have multi tool players. They have 4 guy that will have played in the asg within the last 5 yrs. Not to mention they're young. We have glue effort guys, they have basketball players.

Couldn't make the game, could someone tell me why Rafer didn't play, why Head played only 4 minutes, and why Harris played more minutes than Landry. Thank you.

I am not a Jazz fan, but I got to say, why can't we play like them? The jazz a system thatthey do not deviate from and you know what you get. The rockets? We still have no identity w or w/o Yao. We rely to heavily on a player (I will not name) who has lost the explosiveness and is too fraile to play in the paint. The shoulder is not the issue. He has gradually been shooting a decling percentage and even when he takes it to the hole, he can't make free throws. The one guy that can shoot, Novak ( I mean really shoot) we are cuddling him like a two year old. Play him for crying out loud and plant Hayes at the end of the bench. He should only play when the sign says " Break in case of emergency". Radmanovitch, Peja, Korver, JR Smith, what do they have in common? They can shoot, therefore their teams play them extended minutes. Novak, we throw him in and out despite the fact he is our best shooter.

Time to losen that toupee on Adelman's head. 55 wins is nice, 22 game winning streak is nice, but it will all look pale with another 1 st round exit. If we continue to play this unispired crappy basketball the last two games, we are not getting out the 1st round.

I get ragged on cuz I'm not blind like some fans. I just don't think the rox are talented. They do play well together which is a testament to coaching and the players buying in, tracy and yao are the only 2 players in which other teams would feel they're equal to or better than their players. Anyone can go down the list of the top 9 and see if its true.

I think when u can look at ur team and be objective, then its easier to deal with.

If the Spurs lose against Jazz, and we win Clippers and Suns wins Blazars, then it is 4 way ties.

The four teams would be Rockets, Spurs, Jazz, and Suns. The Spurs are 4-8 versus those teams, the Rockets are 5-6, the Suns are 6-5 and the Jazz are 7-4.

    Then the standing is:

    1. Lakers
    2. Hornets
    3. Jazz
    4. Suns
    5. Rockets
    6. Spurs
    7. Mavs
    8. Nuggets

And we will begin to play on Road?/ Correct me if i am wrong.

So the Spurs must win their next game against Jazz. Go Spurs.

Well again that groin. But you don't miss him AT ALL. Of Bobby was 5/14 which is maybe not the best but damn, this guy at least is hitting his shots when he is open (he had19 pts).

So as I said you didn't miss Rafer and his 2/10, 1/6

When I saw Matt Harping snatched a rebound from Mike Harris's hands for a putback layup, I wondered why the Rockets always need to find role players that are 3 inches shorter in their positions. My guess is you pay a lot less for XXXS size players.

Really? You believe in those measurements? Harris looks shorter than Hayes.

Just review the tape and see how Matt Harping snatched the rebound from the top of Harris, without jumping.

We can't show the Jazz our entire hand before the playoffs. We'll put them in the blender should we meet come playoff time.

Harris might have been crouching down, but I think those measurements are completely accurate.

I wish the NBA was like the NFL and they got some time off after the regular season to prepare cause this team looks whooped. It really doesn't look like they have anything left in the tank to start a brutal series with Utah on Saturday or Sunday. Much less if we have to start it on the road.
