It doesnt matter who starts, it matters who finishes. Battier starting does nothing when it comes down to crunch time.
We're like a virgin nerd in front of a woman with her legs wide open, don't know what to do at the end of games. good character guys, good players, but ultimately they lack the killer instinct
RA should do major changes. The starters are not just cutting it in the endgame. He should try ending the game with his hustling 2nd unit. Anything! This is beyond humiliating. Last year, no one expected anything of us and we took off. This year the expectations are higher and we were patting ourselves on the back, but other teams got stronger too and we didn't get strong enough. I think we will really suck this year.
so now the problem is him being there at the start? Even though we led? And they pulled away while he was sitting? C'mon now...use some common sense. Adelman needs to do a better job with substitutions...go with the momentum of the game when it's in your favor, don't stop it by benching guys and when the momentum is going the other way, then substitute them.
We really need replace Kevin Martin with another SG who doesn't rally on drawing charge for free throw opportunity in the last minutes of game Giving Lee more time and he could do better job.
Yao played well, but putting him in the game when Hill was excelling throughout the game, I think that's what cost us the game down the stretch.
Scola was bound to have an off night shooting. Two quick fouls didn't help. Things aren't looking real grand right now in any department.
wow, I thought we would win, what else can I say, simply nothing, everybody on this team should be blamed they should hold a meeting to see what's wrong with them..
can i just say i do not think the rockets even look at scouting videos. they would have seen that Jason Smith s automatic from 17ft. and they would have seen that shannon Brown is an improved 3 pt shooter. these small difference make the games out of reach.
