Take a look at the free throw attempts.

    We fouled them a lot.

What do the Rockets and Tracy McGrady have in common?

they have yet to win a game in the 2010-2011 season

“You know, you can only laugh,” Brooks said. “I’m not going to say anything. If that’s what they want to call two technicals, if that’s how they want me to respect the game, whatever. They shot 42 free throws today; we shot 18. I guess they were more aggressive than us.”

The Rockets, however, knew after four agonizingly similar losses, there was no one else to blame.

“We need someone to close games, someone to come out and hit the big shots,” Brooks said. “No one has stepped up and done it.”

Maybe Rick tried the same thing before the game and told his team to pretend that they were 3-0 like the Hornets.

    Oops.

I just hope we start winning so I don't have to constantly see all the stupid panic after.
Thread after thread of who sucks, who should start, who should be traded.
It's the same cycle, it'll all calm down once the next game comes around.
Win, everything is good. Lose, the cycle starts over.

The reality of the situation is we have a team full of one-dimensional players surrounding a former star who now plays part-time and is not what he used to be. There is no getting around that. You can blame coaching all you want, but the players play the game and this is the roster Morey put together.

We also no longer have the heart/toughness we used to have. Look back at the last two years, the two most physical, hard-nosed players we had -- Artest and Landry -- are both now gone. This team has no toughness, plays with no fire, and has no identity.

I'd be surprised if this team is anything above average with the roster we have.

Still its odd that they shot 42 freethrows. The refs have odd habits with the Rockets. Call alot of fouls early. Just so happens to be on the player who is hot like Yao or scola most of the time. Then as the game goes along start to call less and less fouls on the other team and more on the Rockets when the opposing team falls down near a Rocket player. I hate the refs with a passion. Those inconsistant buzzards have no business having a job. We didnt lose because of them but they make a mockery of every game anyways the way its controlled.

Didn't know the FT disparity was that bad.

Brooks should have been tossed, he never gets ANY calls driving the lane. The same **** Parker and Paul gets he doesn't get any of those calls.

... so now the rockets is the only winless team in the western conference. Who would have thought of that before the season started?

... and our good friend t-mac's pistons is the only winless team in the eastern conference. Who have not thought of that!

they cant complain when NO was more aggressive as a whole...unfortunately the refs will always give the calls to the aggressive team...the problem with houston is they only get aggressive during those specific moments when they crash into a defender...that won't work as much, its too fake and planned. They need to show it throughout the game in all aspects

all i know is that with each loss their odds get better on actually winning a game. i think that made sense.

0-4 in basketball is less than 0-1 in football

0-4 in football is like 0-20 in basketball (Nets last year.)

Dallas Cowboy is 4-26 in basketball terms

Houston is 0 - 0.7 in Football terms Panic Panic Tank Tank

No is not a new version of Dallas Cowboys.

Besides defense, this team is lacking theri bread and butter last year

last year's team was all heart, this year's team was a joke,

that's the difference. this team is stacked with talent that everyone just assumes they will knock other teams' butts off and go 82-0, then win the championship.

No, truth is they are getting their ass kicked. I hope landry can call them and tell them to take their ****ing pride, be men, step up, can you!!!!

What Parker and CP3 exaggeration /acting job when they get foul.

In todays game you need to sell the call or you don't get them. He need to get class from Kevin Martin who make evidence the foul. AB need to get out of balance, swing his arms, move his head back, yeld, force them to make the call.

Its sad but is the NBA.

Last year we didn't make the playoff. Is not how you start but how you finish.

And No, we they not getting their ass kicked, they lost 4 close games were they didn't close.

I don't like to complain about the referees and the freethrows but the last 2 home games, the rockets were actually shot less free throws than the opponents. I guess the rockets is the only team in the league without home court advantage.

And to AB, no one can step up to close the games because you are hogging the damn ball!

I just tell myself that about 2 or 3 seasons ago, the Suns and Spurs went 0-5 to begin the season.
