Sadly........I think his "presence" helps the rest of the team.............somehow..........

Ouch...after february 18th we will see either a different set of players or a more relaxed team. Hopefully these guys get some good rest because it sure looks like they need it.

Not good. The Heat just collectively killed us tonight. Dwade didn't really even go off....what did he have like 17 points or something?
Regroup here during the ASB and come back with a strong second half of the season. And hopefully we can just make the playoffs, probably with the 8th seed. Of course playing the Lakers.

Ariza, just like most of the players who have ever played under Phil Jackson...are excellent passers.

I never feel like enough compliment his passing ability, but it is his defense that really helps this team.

Tanking is r****ded at this point.

I hope Sarah read that. She's not the only one allowed to use the word.

He also had a lot of passes that were pinpoint to the open man in the perimeter and near the basket. If those relatively easy shots would have gone in CBud could have come close to a triple double.

He has always been an excellent shooter so I am not too worried about his shots in the first half. His shooting was much better in the second half. CBud could really be some special player soon.

    defense want the problem tonight.

it was offense. dont matter how good of defense you play when your team collectively shoots 30.2% from the field you're gonna be blown out. and tonight bad offense led to easy buckets on the other side.

It's obvious we need some help, we need to take this time to develop the guys and get ready for whatever trade may happen.

Now we get to see how valueable Kyle Lowry is, as well as Trevor...

This is why I have doubts as AB as THE guard. If so, we better make sure we re-sign KLowry.

We have a bunch of D-leaguers playing on the floor

AND they do look like a D-leaguer team. tonight.....

If there is no trade, we wouldn't make the playoff, Book it...

Kye Lowry is the one willing to pass the rock to Chase and Trevor's length on defense would help ease the bleeding somewhat.

But still, I don't think their presence would have helped much tonight, as proven by Wade's relatively low 17 points

I know this is a moot point, but I like how Chase played some good LOCKDOWN D on his man in the waning minutes. Even the Heats commentators had to acknowledge it.

On the bright side, at least the "difficult" part of the schedule is over. It should be all downhill from here on.

Have we ever looked more forward to a trade deadline than the one that's coming up? I cannot recall one. :(

Heat beat us badly with Ariza and lowry, the problem is the lack of defensive inside presence, and how brooks struggles against Alston's defense.

Rockets can't win without atleast 20 points from Brooks.

    Side note-

Its never good when scores read: [Cleveland 104, New Jersey 97]

    [Rockets 66, Miami 99]

If you ever wondered how we stack up...that's how. Not good.
