Lebron and Wade are more than twice as thick as our perimeter guys. Did anybody else cringe at the sight of Bud, Martin, and Lee guarding these guys? Our guys are so skinny..Wade literally used his pinkie finger to fend of Martin, Bud and Lee while going for the quick layup..
Shut the hell up. You are a loser. We had the same draft position last year and it turned out okay. The goal is to win. Just because you think its over (which is ridiculous since there are 9 games left and less than 3 games out), doesn't mean it is. Goal is still to win.
First half what killed us was that the Heat had so many easy layups/second chance points. Then in the second half, the refs decided to hack us just as much as the heat.
When it's a close game, it's on the refs to allow both teams to play. If they want them to throw elbows so be it, but it has to go both ways. It's not that difficult.
No still looks good. Shane wasn't resigning and that 1st pick might be good. Thabeet could possibly pan out. Too early to tell.
Yeah but we were killing them with speed. Our guys were outrunning and outhustling them. Speed will always beat size if lethargy isn't a factor.
You guys see Wade whispering in the refs ear when he got up on the next to last play? Now, what do you think he was saying....
Tough to compete when the opponent has two of the best dribble drivers in the league and we have no Center. Still liked the way the team played. They played excellent on offense and went toe-to-toe with a very good team. I can't believe those guys seriously asked the question: Which injury has a bigger impact on their team? Greg Oden, Udonis Haslem, or Yao Ming? LOL, what an awful and stupid question.
I think the Shane part is debatable, especially after listening to his interviews after the trade. But, I agree, the trade is not a bad one. Even if Thabeet is a bust it's still worth the gamble.
What game were watching? Our guys got ruffed up when going inside all game.. And we couldn't do anything about it when Wade and Lebron drove to the rim. It was an instant 2 or 2 + the penalty when they drove to the rim. Out hustled? LOL..
Not bad for a rebuilding team. Gives our young guys confidence heading into next year. Oh, and you're a loser.
If you think San Antonio was coasting then you didn't want the game at all. The facts: pop gets thrown out of a game beside himself that the refs didn't call a foul when Manu flopped. Manu also was injured to the point that he didn't come back in the game, and at one point the spurs hit like 9 or 10 shots in a row to storm back to a 5 point lead. I mean give credit where it's due, the grizzlies played with heart and extreme urgency to win that game. Tony Allen is absolutely a defensive game changer. He is one of the few players that can beat you with his defense.
That would mean the Rockets "won" that title 4 times in the last ten years. 2000-2001, 45-37; 2002-2003 43-39; 2010 42-40; and most likely this year.
It was a pretty close game. They out-rebounded us 33 to 48. We gave up 17 offesive boards to these guys. Why did Chase play so much and Lee play so little? Please start Lee from now on. Chase doesnt deserve to start.
