It will help, but it won't be good enough to go all the way.

Can you spell Yao. We don't even need his offensive presence so much. He could do the same thing as Miller for a portion of the game but we desperately need his defensive presence. He is the best shot we have at competing with Miami. And as far as I am concerned they are the NBA champions for years to come. Everything you do should be designed to beat them.

everyone vote rocket players into the all-star game so they'll get superstar calls

Great effort all around. Unfortunately the refs were under the impression that our players aren't allowed to be within 2 feet of DWade. I know he is going to get superstar calls but that is just ridiculous! When we got in the bonus early in the 4th quarter Adelman should have instructed everyone to lay on the floor after every foul in hopes of getting a flagarent foul called. :)

Professional Boxing....but yeah it's difficult to watch and sucks.

The flagrant whether incorrect or correct was the point the refs just said 'We got this.' after they called a touch foul and 1 on Wade...Wade foot hits Lee...then they call the touch foul 3 point shot on Brooks.

    Heat never looked back then.

Wade scored points in the paint at will against us. With a shot blocker on the team we would've probably won.

it's all Yao's fault, we could have won easily with him blocking up the paint tonight!

Eh, come June LA will be as unstoppable as ever. Plus, Boston puts this Heat team to shame.

We played as well as we have all season but just couldn't beat the Heat.

Hopefully we can get some help by trading Yao's corpse.

I agree 100%...the rox played great. The fact that the Heat had to shoot 58% from the field and 90% from the FT line to beat us is amazing..im really proud of our guys.

Brooks had 20 and 9ast but let chalmers scored that 3FT and then let em get open for a 3. Scola had 22 and 5reb, we couldnt box out joel anthony.. scola also missed a crucial shot in the final minutes of the game.. not martins best game but still score 21pts, but bad FG% and missing 4FT was killer. and the key to the games outcome was him letting wade rip him a new one with 45pts.. smh.. well i know wade is a great player but to drop 45 on us is inexcusable.. 30pts is acceptable lol but 45??! jesus..

The thing is I can appreciate legitimate losses. Not ones where the NBA acts like WWE and everything is suspect everytime the game is a big one involving their marquee teams and players. Then they always have their so called "best referee" in the games calling the games. Only to decide everyone of those games with suspect calls. Its a tad bit too much for me to buy every time.

A loss is a loss... we fought hard but nt hard enough... we simply lose steam in the 2nd half... if we think that the heat is talented and we did okay losing to them by only 6 pts, then we are just only a NBA team... Playoff contender don't just think they did their best against a great team by losing only a few points..

    sigh....

We have become used to this medicore crap when you start seeing things like

They only shot 58%, good effort, our defense was decent, we hung with them..

I miss when our defense was causing the good teams to shoot 43% and that was a decent night.

No it wasn't, Aaron make a play on the ball. A little cut on the mouth don't make it a flagrant. I was waiting for a wheel chair to help get Dwade out of the floor.
