Bud really isn't involved in the offense. Not sure if that is the coach or the player at this stage. But it clearly is affecting his confidence.

Hard to say what to do. He's being used as a spot of shooter because that's the role that is needed from him.

4-9 isn't bad. But he needs to keep his confidence high and follow the game plan. Each team is different and opportunities for him will be there depending on match-ups. But he is not a top 3 option and never will be on any team.

Spot on, Budinger is not exactly working well with this team, all the touches on the perimeter are going to Martin and Lowry, ironically Battier would fit better with this team than CBud.

I hope he or KMart or both get traded to Minny.

If by being consistent, you mean inconsistent, then you are correct. After the first game, when Martin was miserable on offense and missed shots he generally makes, you made the statement that you knew that Martin would not fit into McHale's offense. You know, a one game knee jerk reaction. Now, after he has been good with his offense the past 2 games, your argument changes to "he's good on offense and lousy on defense" which has been generally true throughout his career.

I don't think he will fit, there is nothing inconsistent about it...I think he will not fit in AS WELL as he did last year with Adelman.

And, I think with McHale demanding defensive accountability, he doesn't fit there either.

I like KMart.....but I don't think he is all that valuable, I have consistently said he is a net zero....fools gold, and he is...

No doubt, he is the reason for the losses, I mean 17 minutes a game is seriously costing this team, never mind that he is positive on the +/- stat...

LOL - seriously you guys need to watch the game and see what is going on and what players are being asked to do by the COACH of the team before you post.

Not trying to be argumentative, but the coach is asking Budinger to stay on the bench a lot for him being the incumbent starter. Budinger needs to start hitting his shots when he is open. Hopefully, he'll go off for 40 points tonight.

Kevin Martin in his last 2 games:

46 points on 28 shots (61% from the field) in only 49 minutes. He is an elite scorer in his prime.

You have favorites and you have players that you love to pick on. That's one thing that's never changed about you.
