Dude, at least go check the play-by-play at ESPN.com if you didn't watch the game.

Yao was mediocre in the game tonight, that's true. But you are fabricating here.

If Rafer didn't rush that pass to Scola, we have a great chance to at least tie the game once tonight.

IMO, we really could tie or even lead the game in the 3rd quarter before Yao and Scola were both subsituted. Our line up in the later part of 3rd quarter simply couldn't stop the opponents. The lead went back to 8 points after the 3rd quarter and you can clearly see the frustration on Chuck's face when he went back to the bench after the quarter end.

2 of our Big 3 were down, and Memphis's players were playing really well. It's okay, it's not a game to get too down on. Right now, it's time to move on, and try to win tomorrow's game against Atlanta, hopefully with Ron back.

I just came back from the outside and checked the scoreboard, then the result and boxscore caught my eyes.WTF were they doin' on the court???

Shooting slump? I didn't watch the game though, but I could tell from the stats. It's a utterly unbearable loss to the Giz,who was hammered by Hornets the other night.

I thought Battier was going to solve all the defense problems. People maybe now realize how good he is.

He needs to go. After he played one great game and people's expectation on him is high, he always sucks. The Rox can't retain a player who can't stand pressure, especially like Head who disappeared in playoff games.

    Excuses, excuses, excuses ........... shocking.
    Here are the excuses:
    1. Ron and TMac did not play.
    2. Yao had an off night.
    3.Luther shot badly
    4. RA is outcoached

Let me ask you guys ........ ask Celtics and Lakers fans if they believe in these kinds of excuses. It does not matter who played or did not play ... we still had Yao on the court. I do not remember as Rockets fan in 90s, we had to come with things like - " oh Hakeem had an off night", because somebody else always picked up the slack. That's why we were so good then.

Conclusion : If, as a Rox fan, you believe that you need Tracy and Ron to win against Grizzs, that means your expectation is to see Rockets go to the 2nd round of play-off, nothing more. Maybe you guys are smart enough to understand that is the best we can do in this season.

we need to trade luther head for ANYTHING...as long as we don't have to include 3 first round picks along with him so we can get a trade exception back

The Grizzlies were hot tonight and when they did miss we couldn't get a rebound.

Pretty much sums up the game.

I think we should give a lot of credit to Von Wafer. He was the best out of the team from start to finish, and did more than he had to in his role.

I think they should have set some plays for him cause he was our most effective guy on the floor tonight. He really didn't get a lot of touches but still had a good game.

PS. Does anyone have a video of the dunks he threw down tonight? WOW!

they are more athletic than we are, they got length and speed. We couldnt keep up with them and Yao had a hard time especially when they're jumping all over us for offensive rebounds. I mean rafer, luther, wafer, brooks, hayes, landry, scola, no legit size besides yao. I say bring Deke back now and have him come out for some defense.

All my hope rests in Tmac being 100%
