    When
Rafer Miss the first game. Houston Lost
Yao miss a game Houston lost
Tmac miss first game. Houston Lost
Artest miss a game. Houston lost.
Battier first miss game after he got back. Houston lost.

When any of our started miss a game we sucks the first game we play without them. After the first game Houston, plays a lot better.

We haven't play any consistent line up all year.

I expect us to play way better tomorrow.

It was an answer to a question of what to expect with Tmac and Ron out, I would expect the rest of the team to dig in their heels and put forth a better effort.

    No bashing....just answering.

The list of reasons we lost.

    1. bad rotation.

Starters were not used to playing together. couldnot make a easy run and made their positions overlapped many times.

    2. 16 tos against 6 tos

Rafer and Yao got the credits though I think some tos were due to the bad rotation.

    3. Serious undersized.

Our guards cant secure the perimeter and when Yao was out, they kept attacking the rim. That was hurt. Even Hayes lost his sense in the transition

    4. If I need to pick up one to blame for the game loss, I would pick up Head(though I did not think anyone should be directly responsible for a game loss). Yao played bad tonight and he was off balance and way too rush.

    5. shorthanded.

    .....Big sigh.....

    Thus...

    Go Rockets.

Yao is not soft. The refs will always allow the little man the right to beat the crap out of the big man. Plus Yao needs the ball feed to him and only getting to take 8 shots is a joke. The guards can not pass him the ball where he needs it without TMac and Artest the rest of the team are not used to playing the minutes given. RA needs to get SF3 a chance.

I'm I lying? If I am wrong just say so but if we were watching the same game then you know I am right.

And by the way I was answering a question for another poster who did not see the game.

Yes... Yao played so great that Darko out rebounded him in 10 minutes of action.

So 14 points is considered a good game for Yao Ming now?

So we should compare Yao, aka best center in the league, to guys like Marc Gasol now?

thanks, yeah sometimes it's really frustrating to see yao play. you never know why some night he is on and some others he is off. And the frustration look on his face when he played bad. really not a good role model as a leader i guess. :)

That game pisses me off still to this day, I was center court....and watched them not score a point in the last 4 minutes while Tmac dominated the ball...

This is just AWFUL!!!! No excuses period!! My god what the hell is wrong with Yao Ming this year? He looks like Shawn Bradly. To lose to the Memphis Grizzlies is very shameful. It dosent matter that you dont have T-Granny and Artest on the coart you should allways be ready to play no matter what. This team is no where near ready to contend for anything!!!! If i was Bill and Matt i would ask the Rockets for a huge pay raise to have to sit and watch this GARBAGE!!!!

Shocking defeat. We came out napping .. got into a deep hole. The young guys tried and manage to get within a single digit but .. we still lose. The starters are playing horrible. Battier could do better than 8 pts. As for Head and Hayes,
I am lost for words. I think we need Battier to be better and to score 15-20pts.
As for Head, he is not much good if he is missing his shots. I just wish Chuck would not get another "zilch" in future games. It's not acceptable for any NBA player to get "zilch" in scoring so frequently.

Listened to part of the game online, and it sounded like Memphis fronted Yao a lot. And seeing as he only got eight shot attempts, it seems to have worked.

The silver lining is that everyone except Alston played reduced minutes, so we should have a better chance against Atlanta tomorrow.

    I highly doubt that.

The way Yao played we might have actually had a chance to win.
