Why has no one mentioned Scola or Landry tonight. they got destroyed tonight. Scolandry: 4-11/ 9 points/9 rebounds/9 fouls

Warrick by himself outproduced these guys: 17 points/8 rebounds/ 1 foul.....hakim warrick...

His threes always look good, but dont always go in. He is a triple threat going to the hoop. He can pass, finish, or draw the foul. I wish he would do it more in the fourth. Coupla times, he had his man one on one and passed it to artest the chucker.

He is better in O compared with before.

But in D, he is still terrible.

As a playmaker as he mention, he got to many shots today, some shooting choices are not acceptable at all.

4 minutes to go and the lead was cut to 4. The game was lost because of the poor execution. Most of the 3s were contested. Defense was bad but that is not the only reason why we lost. We couldn't execute down the stretch. We couldn't execute because we don't really have a go to guy.

Apparently you didn't watch the game because T-mac was not guarding Mayo.

he had 5 touches that quarter. 2 touches - one he drove to the paint and got blocked by gasol (no foul call), the other he took it to the rack and passe to barry for open 3.

    the other 3:
    1) pick and roll pass to yao -> yao got to the line
    2) an in and out 3 on a transition miss
    3) missed 3

he played fine. sure we love for him to take over tonight when nobody showed up for 3 quarters and he tried, the defense just wasn't there.

Totally agree! I find myself in a position like last year now, I have totally lost confidence on this team. Maybe I still need a few games to ascertain myself of the fact that this team is a joke, but I believe the result is propobably very clear here.

I'll continue watch every-single game as I do every year, however I have lost ALL the high hopes I had for this 08'/09' team. In fact, I've come to accept the fact that they're really not that good. I don't even get mad when they lose anymore.

Build around Yao, AB, Wafer, Landry, Scola. Add some pieces, and rox are more athletic than ever. Sigh, im tired of rebuilding.

heheh. I feel sorry for Houston Rockets. We got a new coach and soon will be recognized as a good team. Watch out for us. Would you like to trade OJ for TMac, Artest and Yao ? :--).

OJ is going to be an elite player in upcoming games. So dont be hating :--). We lost lots of games earlier because of stupid IVY. watch out for us in the future :p. Poor rockets.

Why even sign Deke if your not gonna play him? Do Morey & Adleman not know that the other bigs in the rotation go 6'9 with short arms, 6'8 & 6'6? Its bad enough Scolandry are at best "mediocre" man defenders...but not one those guys alter shots at the rim.

They're way too small up front after Yao. I dont care how strong your perimeter D is...if you dont have shotblocking/size in the paint your D cant ever be "great".

i think the houston rockets have the worst transition offense in the league. The fast break conversion ration must be appalling, wen we get steals we mite as well chuck it from half instead of the extra passes that lead to turnovers of missed layups

tough loss, just gotta find a way to work around this, we just gotta find a way to win, then im sure everything will start falling into place, adelman is still trying to find a good rotation so when we come out of the all star break, we should be set and prepared to hand out ass whippinz. :D

but you gotta admit, deke should have played 15 minutes tonight.
