    This loss was about injuries.

With Battier in there, Ray Allen does not score that many points.

dude calm your balls its just one loss
we played horrible tonight but the way the rockets kept fighting all night should atleast tell you how badly this team wants to win this year
its a 82 game season there will be nights where we will have bad games so calm your balls and just let it go.

Great Game, if the rockets stay healthy and continue to develop they should be fine.

    Pros:
-We have a big 4, not big 3.Scola is a really all star. He really played well again such tough competition tonight, and show he can play when the pressure is on.
    - We did not have Battier, our best lock down defender and we still lost by 4
    - Yao, and Artest had really bad shooting nights and we still barely lost.
    - Landry was also a non-factor tonight.
    - TMAC still played on one leg and put up 26 points and 6 assists

    Cons:
    - Rafer must either be traded or we are going to have some problems.
    - We need to sign Deke quickly. He could have helped on rebounds and defense tonight.
    - If Head and Francis are not in our plans we need to try to sign DJ, need a guard that can defend.

Other than Rafer, there is Hope

I know it was a very frustrating game and that some players did not rise to the occasion. But remain positive. They'll get them next time.

That one stretch of reffing in the 2nd quarter was absolutely horrible.

I'm fine if I don't have to hear how I should be happy because we have a new president like what happens every 4 to 8 years.

I would take Stalin as president for a championship

I totally agree. I think the coach deserves some blame as well for not benching him and Yao. Chuck played much better on defense tonight, and AB was AB.

Rafer has been rafer for 4 games now, and I think his career stats is really no fluke. How you start the season shooting so badly is beyond me.

We have to address this problem

TMAC. He was loosing him off screens, and I think the coach should have found a way to address that. TMAC could just not keep up with his bad knee and Artest was keeping Pierce in check with he did well.

By the time the coach switched Artest on Ray he already had his jumper going, and when Ray has his Jumper on, its over.

Yao has an off night. It's more of a mental thing. Rafer has another off night. It's about his incapability running the point. The temp solution is starting AB or giving him more minutes. The real solution is packing Rafer, SF, and Head for someone able.

well its kinda annoying when Yao Ming dissapears in big games. He doesn't play at his best in playoffs and in big season games. When T-Mac plays bad against a bad team people talk crap about him, while he always shows up in the playoffs (his stats prove that) and he came up big tonight. Yao needs to play big for us in big games in order for us to win the championship

On the flipside if it wasnt for tmac, brooks or scola, it would have got ugly.

simple. if yao played an average game, we'd have won - despite all other issues.

gotta be the worst game for yao since his rookie debut. i don't understand why. i am pissed.

Anyone know of a photo where Artest was standing over someone pumping his fist and revving up the crowd? I was in the section in front of him and it was AWESOME. I really want a photo of that...
