t-mac and battier are both recovering from significant injuries, as is ron for that matter. what's the point of even bashing them.

you make it sound like battier sucks as a player, when anyone with any intelligence clearly knows how valuable he is, and what he looks like when he's healthy. same goes for tracy.

    there's too many knee-jerk reactions.

Thats fine that the Cavs say that but I have to say those refs were the toughest oppenents we have met this season. Damn bastards.

I'm not one to blame the regs, but they took yao out early. He played great in the 4th which I expected. What bothered me is the rox got in the penalty early in the 4th and when they couldve put the pressure on, no one got to the rim off Yao postups. That's when they need a guy like wafer and brooks to attack the rim.

Another thing is the gm still sitting on his ass instead of getting yao a backup. That's what's pissing me off.

I don't need to think about it. It was the most obvious aspect of the game, including the officiating.

And it wasn't that he was off his game. He couldn't move. His body wasn't responding. He was in pain.

I don't care that much about losing one game. I think we are better than the Cavaliers. My worry is that McGrady won't return to even his usual semi-athletic self at any point this season.

HE WAS WIDE OPEN ON A BREAKAWAY AND PASSED IT BACKWARDS BETWEEN TWO CAVALIERS TO A TRAILER. HE STILL CAN'T RUN 8 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY.

Too bad it's true. These fools have faced only one team above .500 before the Rockets.

ONe thing for sure, this game was fixed right from the beginning. The refs are still betting on games.

you can tell the refs are taken Yao out of the game for 3 quarters, and then start calling BS fouls in Yao's favor to make the game more interesting in 4th.

    This is some BS game.

If Rockets meet Cavs in playoffs, how could Rockets win?

It seems that Rockets have rarely been favored by refs, and with LBJ a NBA baby, and in this place, NBA, where game decided by refs always happened, how could Rockets win?

    WTF refs!

What pisses me off were the announcers.

"I don't know what NO is in Chinese but..."
"I don't know what NO is in African but how about click-click*"

McGrady will have a good game against a horrible team and we'll forgive him. It's a shame. Statement games - best just have McGrady not play.

FIXED? SHUT UP. We were down by 1 with about 6 mins to go when boobie the freaking gibson made back to back 3s. Nobody forced him to make those 3s. So STFU about this crap. Rockets clearly got outplayed and tmac is just a washup overpaid roleplayer now!

Wow this one stings pretty bad. After dominating the Cavs for so long I really didn't want to lose this one because it just adds to the Lebron slobberfest. It's just one game though. Let's get back on track the next game.

Pretty disappointing when you have one of your best players on the bench in Mcgrady. Having brooks and alston out there at the same time really hurts us defensively. Rotation is fast but it makes us less physically imposing. We're looking at the big picture though so if he's hurt let him sit out and rest. We need him for the end of the year more than we do right now.

We fought though til the bitter end and that makes me happy and didn't back down at all. I liked having artest out there. He wasn't going to take any smack at least. Still sick of how the refs let everyone beat up on Yao but not allow to dish out the same punishment.

Oh well, it's just one game and it's been a tough 5 nights. Sucks to have Cleveland on the last leg of the schedule though. Too bad we don't get to see them again.

this lost hurts obviously...but the rockets CAN beat the Cavs...Cavs are a really good team this year with their shooters, but i believe the rockets can beat them if its a seven game series.

we would have won, because the key to this game was the fourth foul on yao in the three quarter, in which , we lost yao and went behind by double digits.
