Martin had not missed a FT that game, also again though. While Lee was playing great defense it does not matter. If Martin hits his FTs (I give he may have missed one...but two??) then game is over period.

I know it's getting redundant, but the Rockets suffer a lot in the last minute of the game. So many game-changing shots make Adelman look bad.

See, this is the problem with people.

Miller shot 4/9 from behind the arc? I don't care.

Miller didn't get one single rebound? RAWR! RAWR!

The rebounds that Miller DIDN'T get went to other Rockets players.

People need to seriously chill out with this statistic. It isn't like Miller will get 0 rebounds every game from now on.

Martin should have been there to take the free throw, no questions asked.
Being sick didn't seem to affect him when he was driving, shooting and just ballin' in that third quarter.

You have one of the best free throw shooters in the league, instead of putting the game on the shoulders of a guard who shoots 70% from the line, how about going with the guy that shoots 90%.

I am not going to analyze the other mistakes, this was one that was just common sense to me.

Heard he was one of the most humble people, actually.

We seriously can't blame this loss on Adelman. Our players failed on execution.

Miller should have switched onto rose leaving Noah open to do what ever he wanted at the end of regulation.

Battier gave the ball to the right person at the end, Miller is an 80+% Ft shooter he should have made the Baskets

Adelman switched Lowry off of Rose and put Lee on him. Great move.

Even the last play was OK. Miller instead of looking to shoot, thinking everyone would jump because he was having a good shooting night, tried to pass it off instead of shooting it.

I'm not mad at Adelman today.

I loved his scoring but if this is all he is going to bring for us...........

Plus like you said, he did a great job in keeping us in the game....but man Zero rebounds in 20+ minutes..

Very disappointing loss but a GREAT game played by the Rockets. Without Yao and Brooks and with Martin sick, they were a few missed FTs away from winning. They showed a lot of poise and effort in the 4th quarter to take that lead.

This team is finally putting the pieces together. They're not a completed puzzle by any means, but it's getting fun to watch them again.

Sure, it is easier to take, but what did we get out of it?

Nothing, it was still a loss.

What about his assistants? Maybe they whispered this idea into his ear.

You have to be fair. Miller is a Center. Rockets were outrebounded 37-49. This criticism is legitimate.

This. And Kevin Martin would've probably pulled a Nick Anderson from the line and not have played defense!

I'm mad at him so that might have been an overreaction, but the bulls were still handed the game

Martin wasn't in the game because the Rockets finally found a defensive combination that was able to contain Derrick Rose, and Kevin Martin would have f'd that up.

    Exactly man.

Some guys are just automatic on the line and Martin is one of those guys.

It doesn't even matter how he's played previous to that point, you always see coaches bring in their best FT shooters in the game period.
