This would have been a great game to have had Iggy and Dalembert. An extra wing that plays good defense and is very good on offense as well plus a tall athletic defensive shot blocker in the post.

Isn't it a little early to just throw in the towel. I think we have 39 more games left.

What were your expectations when the season started? Did you really think we were one of the best teams in the league?

Lowry and Brooks both make questionable decisions and both were causing turnovers left and right.

    To put into perspective,

The Rockets have had trouble with the Heat, Bucks and now the Bulls at HOME lately. That's not the looks of a good or great team with playoff aspirations.

It's just frustrating how everytime they beat a formidable opponent, I am teased to believe that they are really capable of being that good consistently.

Their games like the Heat, Bucks and Bulls are the ones that truly depict how crappy this Rockets squad is.

    Ouch...big letdown.

It looks like we need another player or two to come in for instant offense when we can't get a bucket.

Tracy needs to be traded, and I wouldn't mind having John Salmons. I like his game especially how he's adapted as a Bull.

Brad Miller really killed us unexpectedly. He would also be a welcomed addition.

Still, it was a back-to-back. We know we can beat the Bulls and Spurs, but the energy wasn't there.

    We will be alright.

Honestly, I think its just a matter of time. The more I watch Chase the more I like his defense. His offense is already superior to Ariza or Battiers.

i just want to ask adelman,

"Why do you allow Trevor too take so many 3 pointers"

    he took 7 3's tonight!

    he's a .304% career 3 point shooter!

To add, the Heat, Bucks and Bulls are all terrible teams. I don't care if they have Wade or Rose. They still suck and Rockets should handily beat all those teams regardless of when or where they play.

Rockets should dominate them with or without Yao. So disappointing.

True the only way the Rockets can get there is to make a trade and I can't believe it is still 20 plus days away. The rest of the home stand will be tough. I hope the Rockets can get going Monday.

4 down. Scola in the middle with Rose, calling for a ball, and Brooks decides to play a 1on2. We have seen that more times, he can't pass the ball down the stretch or what? I'm very pissed with this, a lot. Same with Scola/Landry not boxing out. ..........

So the Magic losing to bottom-feeders four straight times "truly depicts how crappy" they are, right?

I'm not saying the Magic are on the same level as the Rockets, but even teams loaded with talent don't win every game.

Too much (and any is too much) Ariza, not enough Bud.

I'm with crash ... may just be a matter of time now, but we have to see what a trade brings (and sends out). I get the feeling that promises were made to Ariza, though I couldn't say for sure.

Of course, but I fully expect the Rockets to beat the Bulls, Heat and Bucks EVERY SINGLE time. I don't care what season. Its almost like these teams are supposed to fail by default against the Rockets.

Losing to crap Eastern teams is a far worse feeling than beating a powerhouse on the road.

According to the stat, our defence of this year is poor than the year with j.howard and wesley...

Battier should have done better. When he struggles on offense,he loses confidence and only becomes a defender. Unfortunately,a lot of people refuse to accept or understand that. Ariza was only marginally better than him tonight. Glad to see Chuck in the game tonight, but we will just have to keep on trying our best.
