    That's called coincidence.

He had 0 points, 2 rebs, 2 assists, 2 TOs, 0 blocks, 0 steals, and BA in 18 minutes.

When Mr. Homer Bill Worrell starts saying every game that you can't hide Bud on defense, you know it's bad.

Budinger has been one of the worst Rockets on the team this year, and in fact I can't think of anyone worse. Maybe it's the ankle, but he's been terrible on both ends.

I'm a Bud homer and watching him play tonight was difficult. He made poor decisions on both ends of the court all night long..

one of these days we will get a consistent SF :(

Just a figure of speech, no, the Bucks don't literally look like the Showtime Lakers, and that is doubly pathetic. Here is a team that is awful and the Rockets make them look good. When the Rockets were in the playoff hunt (in seasons past), they would lose games like these, remember. Now they can't afford to take games off, ever.

that might tell you something about relying too heavily on statistics. particularly +/- statistics.

Bucks scored 56 points in the paint....nuff said. Out interior D is weak, especially when it's Scola and Brad together.

Bud's just his soph wall, that's all. He'll be fine next year, where ever he is.

Honestly, I didn't notice Budinger last night. Too busy watching Bogut dominate whoever the Rockets put on him.

Both Taylor and Lee shot very well for the second unit. They made up for Budinger's zero points.

I don't understand the hype Clutchfans gives this kid. I'm a Warriors fan, and all I saw was from this guy was no patience and immaturity written all over him. He's a head case. I don't see the potential in him.

who is 'this kid'? Jermaine Taylor? if it's him, well don't said like that, he's a go to player in his college, a top scorer who become bench warmer and playing only in garbage minutes,, those kind of change impact his confidence,,

I believe you nail it. Even Aldeman admitted recently that JT had not being given a fair chance to play. I have always believe that JT has a future in this league. Give the kid consistent minutes, let his confidence increase with each game, and I believe you will see a very good NBA player. JT is still missing defensive assignments, probably due to experience, but he has shown that he can be disruptive on defense, with an ability to drive at will at the rim, and not a bad jumper.

SAME! Well, I was in my old apartment in Euless watching on TNT with my roommate who was from SA, and we BOTH thought the game was over and he was gloating because Spurs good start and Rockets going to be 6-12.

He was SO pissed at Devin Brown. lol.

sorry, I thought being the ONLY guy on our team who can consistently do things like "22 and 16" counted for something. I agree that he could focus better, but then of course he might just be the perfect basketball player. Maybe his brain works diffferently than yours and he's slightly A.D.D., doesnt have the grab the remote-grab a beer-change the channel-check my email-post on clutchfans multi-tasking genius that we have as observers. If our team played better team defense then they could collapse on a player and shield things better when one fails individually. Scola failing on D sucks and its true that he has his flaws, but this game was not just on him. How can we focus on Scola when EVERY ONE of our players is a poor-to-average defender individually besides Battier, Lee, or maybe Lowry?

We expect more out of him because he is our best player.

No argument from me at all...he needs a good dose of pine.

I think the +/- stat is stupid, I was sort of being ironic.....

I just said he's a mere scorer, and won't help you if he can't score on a game.

Of course we have more players of this profile. But Martin at least scored, this is why I'm naming only Scola and Budinger.

Yes, we have too many 'scorers'.

You can't have too many scorers.....what we are lacking on this team right now is efficiency on both ends of the floor....

This is very true. The more efficient we are, the more we win.

We converted the worst offense in the league into a good offense yesterday.

When I say "too many scorers" I'm thinking in the entire team, with Brooks + Yao included. We won't have scoring problems with the entire team avaliable, believe me. But we will still struggle defensively.
