Exactly. During the offseason a few people on this board (wont name names) were hestitant on letting Bud go in a trade for Carmelo lol. Bud was NEVER that good to be that valuable.

Even though Bud sucked, he was +8 for the game tonight.

Kyle Lowry was pathetic, simply awful the guy shrinks when you put pressure on him he is a backup transition oriented PG only.

He has zero half court game against pressure.

Tonight's Lowry line....our alleged FLOOR general.

    33 minutes
    4-15 shooting
    3 assists
    2 turnovers

    Against a terrible Bucks team.......

It is unwatchable when he is on the floor against a decent defense...he is just one speed, take it to the rim and flop.

Our entire team relies too much on the flop, it is pathetic.

I HATE watching Chuck continuously get ran over by legitimate Centers. Even if the opposing team is complete garbage. It doesn't matter, if the rest of the team is nothing but scrubs they'll find a way to win.

Lowry, Battier and Hayes may be defense first, but two out of three players need to produce offensively in order for the current team to win games. All three had poor offensive games last night.

The onus is on Lowry to figure out how to remain effective when the refs aren't calling fouls on his drives into the paint. Whatever else you can say about Martin, he can put up pretty decent numbers even when the calls aren't going his way.

I like Martin and don't think all the issues are because of him at all but I think the Rox need to start considering the possibility of moving him at the deadline. Martin can fetch a nice return and while Lee won't give you what Martin will, he will provide enough offense and better defense. Chicago and Orlando are two teams who need a 3rd scorer and would pay premium for him.

I thought AB was suppose to return this week. Maybe he's waiting for Fed-X to deliver his new Nike's.

our fourth quarter collaspe is an indicator how bad we need AB, a player who can create, maybe still not consistantly

late in games, every one is tired, so the offense always suffers more when you are tired... defense not so much, that's why we are not playing well in the fourth quater, no one to create when every is tired

Are you people kidding me? "buh buh buh, can't wait till Yao and AB are bacK, sniff sniff." Do you really think that will fix the problem immediately? Let's see, we were 0-6 with Yao and AB in the lineup. We are 8-8 without them. I don't get all the whining for Yao and AB to come back. We are still gonna suck for a while till Adelman figures out the rotation again when they do come back. Be sensible for crying out loud!

The winning is a mirage.Get Yao and Brooks back. Build their trade value then trade them both immediately for that superstar or closer we need. Then add him into the mix and see what happens. Simply getting Yao and Brooks back wont help. For one Yao is a sometimes player now. For two Brooks is a never a good defender now. Worse on the team in defense when he comes back and makes Kevin Martins defense and Battiers even worse when he plays. We need to find a way to get Battier out in a trade, Brooks, Martin, or Yao. They dont all fit on the floor together on the same team for alot of minutes.

If we want to get that No. 1 pick, we need to start tanking ASAP.

And I'm all for that. This team is at best mediocre.

Watcha mean if we tank it, if we keep doing what we are doing then will get a chance for a #1 pick

Scola was the culprit this game. apart from being his usual self of defense, he sucked on offense. missed open jumpers that he usually makes at a pretty high percentage. if he had made those, we would have definitely been in the game.

and I say it again, we need BOTH Brooks and Lowry to be a winning unit consistently. one guy wont suffice.

Funny how Battier's loyal minions have disappeared faster than a fart in the wind. He has one of the lowest Player Efficiency Ratings on the team, and was last seen getting defecated on by John Salmons... easy task considering the "eHow" page was written by Caron Butler.

The problem is not just Battier. Its both Battier and Bud. When Battier cant hit a thing and stop anything, we should be able to bring someone else to do his job. But we have a non-defense version of Battier to back him up. That just speaks FAIL.

As bad as Battier has been, Bud has been MUCH MUCH worse over the course of this season.
