yeah, but i didnt' realize his rebounding wasn't as great as it seemed tonight. He had highlight rebounds mostly. Needs to be aggressive consistently.

Morey just cut costs get the cheaper player with good stats and thinks it will work. Like i said this way and mentality = no heart, no defense and no championship. If this franchise just did what it took to win Lowry and Scola would not have been overpaid, Ariza and Artest would be here, Battier would be gone and Landry and Wafer would still be here. Martin sure as hell wouldn't be here!

Budinger doesn't seem to be driving to the basket or playing above the rim as much. He's coming off an ankle injury (two I believe? Can't remember) and I'm wondering if it's still bothering him or if his conditioning isn't there yet. But you're right, he has it in him to play better.

I admit I didn't watch Hill that closely on defense, but he seemed to scrap and protect the paint relatively well.

He looked pretty good on the offensive end though. He was the only guy to give the team any kind of size inside.

Hey you Morey fans need to face reality a little bit. Morey traded away Ariza for Courtney Lee. You think Ariza wouldn't help the Rockets defensively this year? We swapped Ariza basically for Ron Artest. Both are great defensive players. And in return, we get Courtney Lee? Bad move.

Then, Morey signed Brad Miller? You think that 5M could've been spent more wisely. Brad Miller is one of the worst recent FA signing mistakes.

Then Morey got rid of Landry for Kevin Martin, who is one of the reasons we stink right now.

Morey definitely has earned his share of blame.

Frankly, the Knicks at present are a better team than the Rockets. They play well as a team and they played consistent (enough) down the stretch to hold off Bobcats' rallies. This was made a wee bit easier with Wallace in a multi-game funk (since the Miami game).

I think it's a mistake to blame the coach here. I see bad FT shooting (heck, make half of those misses, this is a much closer game), bad shot selection (how many 3s were just bad ideas) and really quite a porous defense for large chunks of time. That's not coaching, that's bad player execution. The (bad) jump shots is what put the Bobcats down in the first place, the (bad) jump shots by the Rockets is what let the Bobcats back in. The coach cannot go out on the court and prevent those shots or make those FTs or force guys to rotate on D.

    This is not about YAO
This is not about NO BROOKS

    Both of them out . .I don't give a *****
this is STILL not a 4-11 team!!

This team just IMO is not doing what it takes to win.
The Coaching is not doing what it takes

    They are simply UNDERPERFORMING

I don't all the Martin hate. If you are in the top 10 in scoring it's ok to suck on d. He gets abused a few times per game but he makes up for it

Brad Miller should have started today. Charlotte is a very good defensive team at home, you're going to need more offense today.

Stop with Hayes starting at center.
    Enough with last year.
    STOP.

They can't put away teams early, can't hang on to leads late and there's no defense. Yao and Brooks coming back won't help either

The Rockets need the Angry Grandpa as coach (TheAngryGrandpaShow on YouTube)! Maybe that'll wake them up....
