I thought this year is for developing young talents, but the young "talents" seem to be declining instead.
Battier is job is to keep us from having to double, that's the one benefit he brings to the team, unfortunately he's just declining.
When the other team only scores 102, it is not the defense, it is our offense. And more to the point, the starters...... 3 inept offensive players in the starting lineup hurts everyone...if Brooks struggles we lose more often than not and he struggled tonight. DD
Teams are now doing to Landry what they did to Yao. The Rockets still don't have an answer for fronting.
Rockets are 1-4 in the last 5. I don't know what Rick is thinking with his rotation like Bullard said you're going to have to shake up your rotation to pull out of the nose dive.

Y'all should get what I mean. Wasnt it said before the season - no Yao, they're gonna become a running team and score a lot of points, and be fun to watch, etc. Defense is no longer the main focus. This isnt your JVG/Tom Thibodeaux Rockets where the defense will win you games and when we were top 5-10 defensive team. (And what RV6 said)
we lost our defense ,we can't score ,there is no go to guy. ariza sucks for his FT and turnover landry was totally lost on the court lowry is a fighter along with scola rick adelman needs more adjustment for the team
yeah but we didnt sit yao when team start fronting him. we let him try and work his way out of it. just like last game against NY when landry was fronted most of the game until the 4th when he scored 10 points and win the game for us. bottom line there is no reason for Carl to sit in the 4th unless he's hurt or we are blowing out the opponent.

And I bet you Rick Adelman won't. He is known for being stubborn and loyal to his starters or certain players, and that is what has gotten him fired in the past.

If we continue to play like this, we would not get into the playoffs, and that may be a blessing in disguise cause we will get a good pick
this doesn't look good. if the rockets continue to play like this, our playoff spot is in serious danger. if we don't get a good player for t-mac, then we can kiss our playoffs spot good bye.
