uh, our defense hasnt really been good this year, so no, we don't and havent all season. It's been ok and our offense improved, thats how we've been getting wins.
Defense? No. We're like in the bottom half of the league in defense. We've become an offense-oriented team. When you run & gun, not much defense is played.(See Phoenix/NY)
Apparently Adelman knows something that we don't. He must have thought Carl was not on the bench or something
Someone around here can hopefully come up with a good reason why the closest thing we've got to a closer was riding the pine late in the game. Dissapointing game all around pretty much.
posted this in game thread: some chinks in our hustle and heart team when we stop hustling and just play normal, we aren't good enough to stop runs and no superstar when the shot clock is winding down our starters have 3 limited offensive players, one of them just doesn't know it if the shots aren't falling for our bench, we're going to struggle because again the starters have 3 limited offense guys
Bobcats played amazing D denying him the ball, and on the few occasions thathe got the ball they doubled him, and hte offense went down the toilet, but RA is still an idiot.
I thought it was going to be a W, but seems I was wrong, this team now, with RA puting so much faith in our starters like ariza, is going nowhere.....
Probably because they were taking everything away inside and Landry was forced out to the perimeter. We would have lost this game even with him in. This loss was NOT on Ariza.
Wow, that was just disgusting. We just DIED in the second....I really love Coach Adelman, but I am in total agreement with the other posters here. He really is poor at last minute roster adjustments when the game is going poorly at the end. I think the team got a little rattled after the numerous calls against them and the many calls that should have been called for them and weren't. That's got to be frustrating and wearing on the nerves when it's so blatant.
Bobcats were playing small, and lowry was playing so well but that was a big mistake keeping him benched even though he struggled a little with the double teams he was getting.
