Game of the Year so far. We won't see a better ending to a game this year. One clutch shot after another. Each shot was topped by the next.

O my bad. And I guess I owe Broy a.. Damn.. Nice shot.

There's no flow in our offense and we're pretty horrible at rebounding. I think we need some athletic tall people. We got these mini strong power forwards. Aldridge was tearing us up maybe we need to bring in Dorsey sooner than expected so he can learn how to not foul.

Man that last shot was a heart breaker...I was jumping and cheering after Yao's shot...but man that was a killer...my whole family was stunned...silence hit the room when he drilled that one...man that was cold blooded...good shot and yeah coach really needs to pick up defense...he was tooooooo open. The boards sucked...we need Mutombo...real bad...and now with hayes injured...we got three guys to run center and pf with...perfect way to restrict yao's mins...tmac did a good job..but theres a reason we pay 30 mil comb to yao and ron...they need to pick it up...and yao seriously needs to man up and play like a man.

Adelman made a few questionable moves tonight. But hopefully the guys can put this loss behind them and get a win tomorrow night against Clippers. That is a huge game.

"Heartbreaking" is the only word I have for this one.

Well, the only polite word I have.

somehow i don't think lamarcus aldridge scoring 50 points was going to help us win this game. chuck completely shut down the main guy killing us and caused portland's offense to come to a complete halt, and that's how we got back in it with tmac's offense.

I wasn't implying that we should turn a blind eye to his terrible defense in the past 5 games. I was simply stating it amazes me that you can place this blame on one individual.

Just wanted to say that if Shane was playing there is no way in hell Roy gets that shot off...

and yes, Scola was left out of the game for too long.

If .1 .2 seconds is too much time to track in a close game like tonight's, I don't know what is. Why don't we not keep track of time and just have a "shoot for it" pick up game type of thing. /frustrated

Yao played like C-rap...but I am confident he will get better. Tmac played good offensively, but if you watch the game, he is so lazy on his box outs and defense. I cant hate on him cause he carried rox offensively, but watch the game again and see how many times his man is open or he doesnt box out. But yao sucked too. He looks hurt or something. Maybe not, but he sure looks like a loser except for the last shot.

On the bright side, TMac is driving to the rim like crazy. Hopefully Yao's almost game-winning 2+1 will bring old himself back. As bad as we played, we only lost by a lucky shot. Not too bad.

It would be interesting use an accurate timer to measure the actual time remained after Yao's 2 and the time Roy took to release his ball.

He does play great D, but he gives up rebounds due to his lack of height and atheticism, and he is a waste of space on offense.

    another bad trend:

this is the 4th time in 5 games yao is shooting 40% or worse. he only has one game shooting above 50%.

compounds that with his rebounding and defense, i don't know where yao's head is.

i can't blame yao's effort b/c you clearly see that he cares and really wants to do well. i just hope we can find out what is wrong with him and get his head back in it.

Agreed, Hayes was the only one that could defend Aldridge. Scola should be on the court when Yao rests. Scola gets raped by every starting pf in the west. We need a 6-10/6-11/7-0 long, athletic 4/5 that can platoon w/ Hayes for defense and use Scola and Landry for offense.

It seems like the Rockets decide to play after the half or in the 4th quarter !! Thats not gonna cut it !!
