Dude my QB situation is a mess. I missed the draft and the CPU selected Manning for me. :(

At least my RB situation is good.

12 person league; 7th Draft position

    QB: Schaub
    WR: Miles Austin
    WR: Wes Welker
    WR: Lee Evans,
    WR: Devery Henderson(I need a 3rd WR)
    RB: Ray Rice
    RB: Matt Forte
    WR/RB: Tim Hightower
    TE: Jimmy Graham
    K: Neil Rackers
    DEF: Houston (Don't hate)

I really need to find a 3rd wide receiver...anyone have any advice on any sleepers? I'm in first in our league despite Lee evans laying a goose egg.

Sadly QB isn't the only mess you have. Did you start drafting WR's in round 5-6? How many teams...seriously?

So this is what I started with:

    QB: Kolb, McCoy

RB: Rice, F. Jackson, Bradshaw, Blount, Moreno, Choice

WR: Fitzpatrick, Julio Jones, Knox, R. Williams, H. Ward

    TE: J. Graham

    DEF: Eagles

    K: Feely

And this is what I have accumulated through waivers and trades:

    QB: Kolb, Flacco

RB: Rice, F. Jackson, Bradshaw, Moreno, Sproles, Murray

WR: Fitzgerald, S. Johnson, Branch, Knox, Julio Jones

    DEF: Eagles

    K: Feely

Thoughts? Improved or declined? I'm going to give Feely one more chance this week against a weak Seattle team but if he gets me 3 or less he is gone!

I kinda like the team you started with better Mo. You pinned a lot of your hopes on Tim Hightower, which might not be such a great move. You did improve your QB, but I think you only pushed on your WRs. Britt is a freakin beast right now. Fitz is great too, but I really think Britt might end up as the number 1 receiver in fantasy.

Yes, you improved. You have a solid team at all positions. The only real weak point is that after rice and jackson the other rb are a crapshoot. But that could change, the season is still young.

    Started with...
    QB: Stafford
    RB: Mendenhall, Best, Lynch, Wells
WR: Cal Johnson, VJax, Bowe, L Moore, L Evans
    TE: J Finley, L Kendricks
    K: Gostkowski
    DST: Lions

    Now I have
    QB: Stafford
    RB: Mendenhall, Best, Mathews, Wells
WR: Cal Johnson, VJax, Bowe, Maclin, D Moore, D Nelson
    TE: J Finley
    K: Gostkowski
    DST: Lions

Now figuring out who to start each week is a pain. This is a 12 team league btw.

Starks is the insurance plan, Brees is a huge upgrade at qb, and Fitzgerald will end up better than Britt.

The more I look at it: they raped you Mo! hehehe

    How did Mo get raped?

I didn't even see that they got Bowe.

I like green-ellis as a fantasy play more than hightower and Turner burner is a HUGE lose.

Along with the best fantasy WR in the game right now!

You might have panicked a little on ryan and bowe a bit. They raped MO!

Nah, I'm on my way to my 4th Championship in a row. People always overvalue huge early week performers and I pounce on that ****.

I like your team, you have improved, did you trade Blount? I dont have faith in Moreno, but you still have a lot of rbs to choose instead of him, so its good.

Hell ya! I just acquired Andre Johnson in a trade and I am pumped.

I traded Greg Jennings and Ahmad Bradshaw for Andre Johnson and Frank Gore.

Now my WR/RB lineup looks like this:

    WR:
Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Brandon Lloyd, Nate Washington, Robert Mecham

    RB:
LeSean McCoy, Michael Turner, Frank Gore

Hopefully Turner or Gore start being producing like they should, and hopefully Gore isn't really THAT injured. Nonetheless, I got what I wanted - the scariest WR front in a PPR league.

This was an autodrafted team before preseason even started, so I was dealt a decent enough team, but nothing that would get me anywhere. So I got to work...

    Code:
    QB:	Drew Brees Drew Brees
    	Kevin Kolb Ryan Fitzpatrick
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    WR1:	Greg Jennings Stevie Johnson
    WR2:	Mario Manningham	Steve Smith
    WR3:	Santonio Holmes AJ Green
    	Sidney Rice Mario Manningham
    	Jerome Simpson Denarius Moore
Randy Moss (Stashed just in case)
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    RB1:	Ryan Mathews Ryan Mathews
    RB2:	Arian Foster Beanie Wells
    	Daniel Thomas Arian Foster
    				Chris Johnson
    				James Starks
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    TE:	Jermichael Finley	Jermichael Finley
    	Chris Cooley
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
K:	Matt Bryant Matt Bryant (looking for replacement)
    	Robbie Gould
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    DEF:	Dallas Washington
    	Atlanta
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    DB:	Eric Smith LaRon Landry
    DE:	Jay Richardson Jared Allen
    LB:	Jordan Senn Patrick Willis
    	Darrelle Revis Morgan Burnett

Only trade was after week 1:
    Greg Jennings
    Santonio Holmes
    Darrelle Revis

    for

    Chris Johnson
    Stevie Johnson

I had no intention of keeping Revis, and only threw him in because he was a name and "hey 3 guys I recognize for 2, one of which is hurt, and the other is some guy in Buffalo", and the opposing owner was more than happy to accept the trade.
I think Jennings for Johnson is a wash, Santonio Holmes is likely not doing much this season, and that production was more than replaced by Steve Smith's resurgence (picked him up before week 1).

Pickups before week 1 of all my IDP players ecept for Morgan Burnett whom I just picked up last week (18.5 pts) after dropping DeAngelo Hall

I'd say I've done a fairly good job, but now I'm trying to rid myself of Ryan Mathews while his stock is through the roof. I don't think he'll keep it up, trying to swindle people out of Darren McFadden or Matt Forte.

Only move I regret is maybe giving up on Daniel Thomas a little too early.

    12 man league.

I have too many RBs, I'm trying to trade Colston + Steven Jackson (or Blount) for a better RB or better WR.

Just offered a guy Steven Jackson + Blount + Colston for McFadden. He needs a WR and one more RB so I figured he might bite.

Also offered another guy Jackson + Colston + Blount+ Manningham for Ray Rice + Hakeem Nicks. again, another guy who needs 1 more RB.
