Do it! I edit all the time, as I'm a turrible speller. Throw something into the tip jar, be able to edit, earn the respect of your fellow contributing members, and feel good about yourself!
I donated twice a few months back and I didn't contributing member status. I want to edit my posts (seeing as how only right after I click submit is the only time I see the mistakes I had made).
Send Clutch an e-mail. It might take him a little bit, but he'll get you straightened out. (unless you ticked him off, somehow!)
Well he sent me an e-mail about thanking me for the donation and some question about if I wanted a name change. I declined the name change so I've just been waiting since then.
a tip for you then, right next to the Submit Post button is one called Preview Post...I always use that and look over my posts for typos(which I have a ton more of than you normally see with me) Otherwise, what Deck said.
Okay cool.......I'll check one out and finally contribute lol. The hours of entertainment I get here are worth it.
Editing is over-rated... people know what you're trying to get across not matter how bad you write it.. If people laugh at your error or bother to write a post to correct you on it I just sit back in silent laughter(evil silent laughter at that) and how sad ones life must be! Now editing posts you write when drunk when you realize how stupid they are.. that's where the real advantages are!
Hahahahahahahaaaa!!!! you used TWO dots instead of three in an ellipsis and you missed an apostrophe!!!! What a maroon!!!!
Didn't want to start a useless thread, but how does one lose their rep ability? I don't seem to have it anymore, and don't remember saying or doing anything.
I know consequences will never be the same, but this is strange. I don't think I've ever said anything that was way out of line, or got into it with any of the mods or other members. Oh well.
