Ok.. I'm exactly one month away from moving to Boston from the Northwest. My 2 brothers and I leave from Portland, OR and we have quite the trip lined up.. Day 1 - Long drive out to Yellowstone Nat'l Park - We'll probably camp outside the park at a KOA and then spend a few days there.. Days 2-3 - Yellowstone - never been here so we'll want to spend a good amount of time checking it out.. Days 4-6 - Black Hills Area in South Dakota. We are doing a lot here.. Mt. Rushmore, Sitting Bull, Harney Peak. We are going to camp and just relax and see as much as we can. Day 7 - Radiohead at Alpine Valley, WI!!!! Day 8-9 Finish up driving to Boston. We might try to do this in one day but may choose to camp out an extra night and then get to Beantown.. Has anyone else made this trip? Any suggestions on other things to do/see? We thought about the Rock N' Roll HOF in Cleveland but decided to skip it once we got Radiohead tickets. That show is stretching our timetable and we're going to have to get my older brother to Boston a couple days later to catch his plane back to Texas. Anyway, let me know what you think and if you might have any suggestions. thanks, Gus
