The reason given for the Cavs holding up the deal is that THEY want to be the ones to get the first rounder, not Houston.

If it'll get the deal done, I'd let Cleveland have the Lakers' first rounder (remember, LAL has two picks, so they can still make this trade even if they also give up a pick in the Beasley trade) in exchange for Cleveland giving us the 2012 NOH second rounder they own. That's just about as good as a late first rounder, since it will likely be somewhere in the 31-35 range.

Crawford not dressed or on the bench for tonight's game.

I hope someone else gives the T wolves a better deal. Not only does the lakers shed Steve Blakes bloated contract but they come away with the best player in the deal? You kidding me? This is what make the lakers the lakers. They turn a rubber band to a paper clip and the paper clip to a stapler.

I don't see Crawford helping Minnesota make the playoffs this year without Rubio. I wonder if he will pick up his option for next year

Reading this thread make me wonder if there's any logic left in the minds of certain Rockets fans.

As for the Lakers getting Beasley, I think they're doing it to save salary only. Because as of right now even Gasol isn't getting a lot of touches. It would be pretty hilarious if some of that get further taken away by a mediocre chucker.

Crawford is expected to opt out even if he's traded.

There's a big feud of Crawford & Felton vs. Coach McMillan. Guess the organization chose the coach.

Minny basically replaced one ball stopper for another.

I just read this trade didn't go through cause the T' Wolves wouldn't take on Fisher's contract which has his player option. I will say thank you very much and I now believe Morey have the enough draft picks to move up a decent amount.
