I figured you would run away when challenged. Can you do this in the classroom when a student challenges you? Do you simply ignore them? Or do you try to laugh them off?

Regardless, your white flag has been received and I will spare you from further humiliation.

It's obvious others POV's aren't important to you.. So.. then why are you here arguing with other people POV? We call that a troll or shill.

B-Bob was certainly not arguing for a method/process. That is clear.

Oh look! You can hurl insults, but cannot refute a single thing I said!

If the comments made in the Comicle's articles or on YouTube shows the ability of humans to think for themselves, then maybe humans really shouldn't think for themselves after all.

It's the opposite - I value the viewpoints of people who are highly intelligent and intellectually honest. I spend a lot of time reading them really.

Birther wingnut morons who believe global warming is a giant conspiracy theory don't qualify as either, and their opinions should be treated like it is: trash.

I think bixtex summed up what we colloquially refer to as science very well.

The "best ideas of the time"

I'm also not really sure where your addition invalidates his?

Comments sections need people to register with their real names and be verified. It's the anonymity that emboldens the idiot.

Your standard tag lines are so stale and old. You need better material if you're going to maintain your troll status in the future otherwise you're just a broken record and nobody cares.

People love science, until it disagrees with their religious shaded sunglasses. :)

People love science, until they find out just how little it can explain.

And yet, as you yourself said, science encompasses the best ideas of our time.

There are certain things that are beyond any satisfying explanation, scientific or otherwise. We do know a heck of a lot more about our world now than we did just a few hundred years back, due mainly to science. Its astounding how much we've learned about the universe in such a relatively short period of time.

Of course, there may well be aspects of nature we'll never understand or can never understand. The scientific method is our best tool for unraveling its mysteries, but there's no guarantee it will lead us to a final answer on all things.
