I would put on my kangaroo pouch with my 5 month old daughter and strap my son with the leash looking for "successful people". I hear they go to the gentleman's club and god help me if they act like ****heads.
Exactly. Jonathan replied in his blog that "nothing is close." He also said the waive is a head-scratcher. If he knew something was going down, he wouldn't have said that.
At some point, it was fair to have thought that Coach would have played him some more minutes... but we shouldn't burden Coach about that considering that we have Won and played well against some really good teams so far.
6'1" 170lbs and you couldn't touch the net??? BS. Either you're exaggerating way too much or you're a troll.
Im serious I couldnt jump for **** I get outrebounded by short people. You just gotta do the right exercises. Those so called athletic trainers fall victim to that marketing b.s strenght shoes, squat flex, over priced machines, jumper 5000,rubber bands....... They forget the basics squats and deadlifts. Theres a reason why olympic lifters are the best athletes pound for pound.
Could it be that Rashard Mccants is healthy now and ready to be signed? He did come out last week and say that he was healthy again and ready to ball.
I thought i read were the Rox told him to get healthy first and then they would have another look at him. They did sign him for like three days and the release him because of the injury.
Maybe they are preparing for this? http://nba.fanhouse.com/2009/11/14/report-hornets-offering-emeka-okafor-for-expiring-contract/ I sure hope they are. Okafor is a native Houstonian and his size would def. help the Rockets immediately. Some might argue that he is having by far his worst season yet but I just think he isn't comfortable in the current system. Some might also say that he is playing with arguably the best pg in the NBA and it hasn't helped him one bit, but I say to them, he just does not like the system in NO.
Sorry to see Pops cut-- he looked like he had some assets the Rockets needed, like energy and athleticism, and he seemed like a good, hard-working guy. Something's got to be in the works already. I, for one, would love to see Okafor back home.
