she looks a little too grown for them, she is cocky, but you kind of have to be to perform well...she should go solo and the guys should call up Willow Smith....

 

They have virtually no talent compared to the ****ing Jackson 5, and their sound - more like "sounds" since the rhythm section can't seem to stay together - is the same derivative crap all the TV talent shows push out regularly. So I, too, wouldn't be surprised if they weren't huge in a few years; I suspect their name will fall into general obscurity on a significantly shorter time frame. If not, I will make sure to ignore them because they suck.

That said, it's completely unfair to compare a group of inexperienced amateurs to a professional band fronted by a pop music savant. I get it, though. You're attracted to the feel-good story and want to believe these kids have some cultural relevance extending beyond that 1-hour block of your weekly TiVo time. Sorry, but they don't.

Next time you think about going out on a limb, you might want to pick one that's not so high up on the tree.
