I found this interesting. A guy named St. Malachy prophesied that the next Pope after benedict will be the last Pope. Now I am not saying St. Malachy was a prophet of God but he had some eerily correct predictions about the Popes.
So if this doesn't come true, will you finally drop all this prophecy nonsense? Eerily correct...yeah....right...
The St. Malachy prophecy was not Biblical prophecy. I have no idea if it will come true. Now if it were in the Bible then I would have no doubt it would come true.

It certainly has zero to do with color. Two of the three potential candidates mentioned so far for a new Pope are black. Also, you might find that other predominantly non-white religions (let's say Islam) also have men as the religious authority figures. Ever hear of a white, female cleric, or a female cleric for that matter? But, yeah old, white men as the problem is a better rallying cry for some. I understand. :grin:
Where is your outrage about the lack of a role for women in Islam? At least women don't get stoned in Christianity anymore...and are allowed to drive...and are not forced to cover themselves from head to toe...not perfect yet, but better than certain other religions of peace in certain countries. Yet, I see more anger about the Catholic church from leftists. Go figure.
