I think you can be overweight....and then be fat. I'd say she's overweight, but would need another 15 lbs to go into fat territory. The outfit REALLY made her look bad.

 

Not only yes, but a size "8" isn't what a size "8" was 10 years ago. They are actually making small clothes bigger, which is why there are now size "0" and even negative sizes these days.

Since you apparently have many female friends, ask them if they think that a woman is fat if she is a size 8 and report back to us.

But, believe me, a size "8" ain't what it used to be.

 

Are you serious? Size 5 is not even fat. I wear size 7 or 8 depending on the brand. I guess I am fat. Some girls are bigger at the bottom, I guess you could call it bootylicious. They have to wear bigger sizes for their bottom but they are small at the top.

I take the height, their measurements and weight in consideration to call someone fat. Size 8 is not fat because I am not fat at all, just have some meat sitting on my hips. I'm hispanic, after all.

Let's wait on calling Jessica Simpson fat until we see more pictures of her. Those clothes didn't do her well.

I wasn't saying a size 5 was fat (she's 5,8 and 120.) I was saying that asking the girls I hang out with aren't the right group to ask about what they consider fat to be. My girl is always b****ing about her weight.

 

Probably because we live in a society where a size 8 is considered fat.
