I have had to give interviews about people who were applying for a security clearance (I grew up in Amarillo, so there are several people I grew up with who've ended up going to work at Pantex). It was nerve-wracking for me as a person with absolutely no stake in the outcome. I did think it was funny, though, that one of the last questions I got asked was something along the lines of "Has this person ever spoken to you about taking up arms against the government?" I kind of thought that should be the first question. If the answer is "Yes", you can probably skip the rest.
