Yeah, I was there and the crowd was heavily pro-Austin, both before and even after he shook hands with McMahon and turned heel. There were several very loud "ROCKY SUCKS!!!" chants during the match which I don't think had been heard in years.

The WWF fans have always turned quickly on The Rock in spite of his immense popularity. Witness a year later at Wrestlemania 18 when he went up against Hogan who was clearly the heel going into that match. It didn't take the crowd long to side with Hogan.

Anybody remember Terry Taylor, turned the Red Rooster's debut on Houston Wrestling. He came saying something to the effect that I am no such and such or such and such, but I am the terry taylor and I am here to stay. Classic!

No TLC match. The Dudley Boyz, Hardyz, and Edge/Christian match was my favorite of all time.

Im from ATL, so WCW is mostly what I was introduced to. Id have to pick one of the Sting vs Ric Flair matches that went for a full hour. They were intense and usually ended in a split decision, or Flair winning with the help of the four horsemen. Poor Sting, he always got f'd over...
