Adam Silva and the NBA did what they could to let the season continue. Players seems excited to play. BLM is also a worthy cause. Do you think this season is over?

The NBA put a lot of time and money into making this work, but I think they realized there was always the possibility that it would fall apart somehow. Not sure they anticipated it would happen over something like this.

I initially thought it would be a short one game delay, but now not so sure.

If all the teams decide to quit except one, is that remaining team named the champion? If the Rockets play their cards right, they got this ... lol.

We'll know once the accounting teams are done calculating how much money is actually at stake.

Make it like the NBA All-Star game where the hometown player gets the game MVP.

2020 NBA Champions = the Orlando Magic!

I think they go back to work, but I voted pessimistically and said the bubble is popped.

People bring the owers up. If the players don't want to play for social justice cause, there is nothing the owers can do. The ball in the players' court. There is also the group effect. Not looking good. I say the season is over.

    It depends on what happens.
If things calm down in WI and there is some decisions made about these policemen like deciding to prosecute them, then they should come back.

All contending teams will really want to come back to play too.

If they leave the bubble it is over, and surprisingly, I don't really care that much.

They'd be even more hated than the Astros. Haha.

It's either going to be just a couple of days or the entire season is canceled.

Depends on if they lose money or not by not playing the rest of the season. If they lose money, then they will play. If they get paid either way then I guess the season could be at risk.

    It's all about money.

If they have the option of not playing and get paid, season over already. Too much political division into the game that it is not a game anymore. Imagine if they cancel the game if there were people in attendance, it would be an earthquake.

This was my initial reaction as well. I’ll respect their decision either way.

1st time pandemic-related is a health issue. This protest, boycott is a different animal. It will happen next season, bet on it.
