They want better players around them! I get it. They want Tilman to spend! Why shouldn't he. I think Russ wants us to pick up Ibaka and Kevin Love! He wants an all star team. There's a bunch of teams willing to spend. There is no reason why Tilman refuses to, unless he is that poor in which case should sell parts of his team to someone who can help spend! Hakeems and Hardens don't come very often. If you don't win when you have an Ace in your pocket then you aren't ever going to win. Tilman owes this city. The city doesn't owe him anything yet!
Cod I really hope you are right! Tillman needs to open his eyes and wallet before his reputation goes down the drain. No one cares about his restaurants with bad food and his Casinos filled with STDS masked with the scent of Disinfectant and cheap body sprays. What goes on in those places aren't constantly repeated on ESPN. What everyone hears about is the success of this sports franchise. Hell I will personally eat at a Tilman restaurant and choke the bad food down with some expensive whiskey if he can find a way to keep Harden and win a championship. If not sell the team or parts of the team to someone who is willing and able to spend. If he loses Harden and we don't win a ring with the next group of players Tilman should probably consider packing his bags and moving somewhere where people won't boo him.
