Amen, Freak. I mean, the Odom/Kirilenko argument is a decent one, but when you have the option of adding also Caron and Grant it's a no-brainer. I think Kirilenko is a great talent. I love the guy's attitude. However, in terms of trade value, I think people always need to realize that Sloan has a way of getting the very MOST out of his players. That's why you see so many players leave Utah and they're never the same. If the Lakers had been crazy enough to trade O'Neal for AK or O'Neal for AK + filler, there's no way that Kirilenko performs as well as a Laker that he did as a Jazzhole. Good? Yes--but definitely nowhere NEAR the guys on that list.
Forgot Webber. Would have had him in the top 15. But yeah, I'd take him over Martin, Miller, Randolph, Murphy, Gooden, Thomas and Okafor. Probably over Sheed as well. He's only 20, and I think he'll be better than Jermaine O'Neal by the time he's 23 or 24. Once he adds a few pounds of muscle, he'll be a superstar, you can bank on that. He already has all the tools; raw athleticism, a good jumpshot, nifty post-up moves, ball handling skills. He just needs enough strength to hold a position in the post.
