I'm out of town so I am stuck with dial up but that does mean a new IP every time. Looks like you're up by 10 now, it's amazing how message boards and mailing lists (i had a friend email it out to a few) can swing online polls
You know, I'm actually opposed to the whole poll thing. I'd much rather have it decided on merit. Now the slot will just go to who ever can drum up the most support regarless of talent. Thankfully, the best band is currently in the lead.
They said that the voting would last "about a month." Well they started it on the 20th so that means about 2 1/2 more weeks of voting. We were down 160 just two days ago so I'm not too comfortable with just a 140 vote lead. Of course, the band in 2nd place (the Busdrivers) is on tour which should be a benefit, trying to get the crowds everynight to go vote for you. But their tour wraps up here in Houston on Friday(we're playing with them at Fitz). I'm expecting to see less activity once they get home.
