He has not been good enough to make it to the NBA. And Lloyd Daniels is a street ball legend too. He is a career journeyman and played a few years for the Spurs and the Lakers in the early 1990's. Bonzi has played one relatively good game which is the one we won. And what has he done in the other four? You tell me. I like your big smiling face at the end of your post though.
how old were Sam Cassell and Latrell at that time? look, KG was never assisted by superstars, even all stars, but he still bring his team to playoff. But Yao, even with SB, Bonzi, Skip, he still get 20% wins. Maybe he should try another way, NBA scoring champ, or MVP as KG did. But do u really think this gonna happen? Bonzi plays as all star level last playoff, he has this capability, isn't he? Once he gets old Bonzi back, we will see ROX win some games, he can bring a lose game to a clutch game, that is all he can do. To make a game to a easy win game, we need T-Mac sort of playmaker.
Yao, for some unknown strange reason, is taking TOO many jump shots , which is also KG's only weakness. Other than that, I am happy that Yao could become KG II. If Yao is playing the way he did in lakers and Warriors game (33 shots for 36 points), he will achieve far far less than KG in his career. The famous cliche in here is: (I call it loser's mentality) The (Yao's) missed jump shots will fall next game. so ture, lol IMO, the title should be: JVG, please stop turning Yao into Big Z.

Bonzi hasn't got chemistry with this team, but played better and better each game, and he contributed as a qualified bench role player in last 5 games. u expect he played as allstar level, which KG never has, then we do u need Yao for? has leadership and has no leadership r totally different story, two different levels. Yao doesn't have leadership, and this is the fact. leadership is a gift, a talent, u got when u born, not learnt from school or something. but no leadership doesn't mean u can't get NBA titles, look at Dallas, Dirk doesn't have leadership either, but his team still made finals. We are not talking about whether Bonzi is a good player or not. Who has said that he's not? But here we are talkling about how much Bonzi had helped in the last 5 games. He could have the ability of Michael Jordan but the key is whether he showed the ability in the 5 games that we are talking about. Can you see the difference? IMO Yao makes others around him better and KG doesn't.....KG also has a weak shot very often.....he beats Yao in quickness....but I think KG is more of a leader because he has to be....Yao has veterans around him and like Dream he lets his play lead for him not his words....KG hasn't won anything because his greed has handcuffed his franchise....is that leadership? Yao is no KG....he may be poor compared to KG.....but he is a better player right now IMO...........
