Sony is having an event in Japan that is sort of like the Gamer's Day event they had a little while back I believe. They're revealing some new games while also showing off some already announced games (GT5, White Knight Story, MGS, etc.).

First off, Nippon Ichi announced Disgaea 3 for the PS3:

There are two screens in this PDF file:

IGN has the pics, but I get an error if I click on them (you can see thumbnails of them though).

LocoRoco is coming to the PSN:

The creator of Katamari Damacy has another IP in development for the PS3, called Nobi Nobi Boy:

    Artwork at the link.

IGN doesn't have this story yet, but apparently the creator of the Yakuza games for the PS2 (mostly big in Japan, Sega is trying to push it in the Western world though) will be working on a new game called Valkyrie of the Battlefield.

Some screens from White Knight Story:

That last image is there to show how flexible the character creation system is. More at TGS.

A little bit of info for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue:

IGN has some screens, but there is also a new trailer:

I think this is supposed to be the event where Hideo Kojima demos MGS4. He referred to this event last week, during Sony's E3 conference. I haven't seen anything yet, but I guess we'll get more on that later? On a related note, MGS: Portable Ops is getting a special edition in Japan, with some new modes and characters.

Hopefully we'll get more throughout the day.

edit: A new Dynasty Warriors game for the PS3 was also announced, scheduled for release in the Fall. More will be shown at TGS.

Looks like there isn't any video or screens from the MGS4 demo. It sounded like a playthrough of the gameplay trailer they showed at TGS last year. There are some new details from Famitsu though:
That is from metalgearsolid.org, which appears to be down at the moment (wonder why? ;)). Also, Metal Gear Online was announced, although not much is known about it (unclear whether it will be part of the game, or standalone game). More will be known next week.

Also, there is a slight correction I need to make in regards to something I posted earlier. The Yakuza guy isn't working on Valkyrie of the Battlefield, but he is working on two other games. Details at IGN:

I think people are expecting the first game to be a next-gen Yakuza game.

    Details on Tekken:

Sony also announced some new PSN game (Ski game, Train simulator, and a Micro Machines/Stunt Racer type game) as well as some new PSP colors for Japan (not to mention the special edition PSP for FF7 Crisis Core). Bunch of minor stuff.

BTW, Koei started showing off tech demos for Dynasty Warriors about a year ago. If there are any DW fans, I can try to find links to those videos. They were pretty impressive actually, which is a bit surprising given Koei's efforts so far with next-gen games. Hopefully those demos were a good indication of what to expect from the new Dynasty Warriors game.
